Mind Over Matter was inspired by talented Director Donovan Johnson. His vision is to create a groundbreaking documentary tackling the subject of mental health, from a fresh prospective. Working with local residents from diverse professional backgrounds and mental health bodies, this project is set to make waves in how we view mental health.

Research indicates that Tower Hamlets has one of the highest number of people in London suffering from mental health conditions and much more is needed to support and empower those directly affected. It is also essential that awareness be raised in support of equality for all.
