Mind.Body.Pilates Description

I'm so excited to welcome you to Mind. Body. Pilates which is something I have dreamed and inspired to do for a while now.
Pilates is such a wonderful way to engage both the body and mind and is fantastic for improving core strength, flexibility and posture as well as being fantastic for the mind as it helps with relaxation and stress relief. It is great for all fitness levels, ages and abilities and is wonderful for Pre /Post Natal too.
So, if you've heard of Pilates but never tried it, not heard of it but are curious or returning /looking for extra classes you are very welcome and I look forward to meeting you soon, Sharon
