Really can’t complain, Stuck to there arrangements, quoted a price and stuck to it! Had them back several times for maintenance and additional work. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone. Cheers lads.

Fantastic service highly recommended would use again

Without a doubt we will not be using the services of this company again, nor would we recommend them. We called Minder out as we had a fault on our alarm. The alarm kept going off in the middle of the night and the alarm dashboard said 'battery fault'. The engineer came and to the best of our knowledge fixed the problem. A couple of weeks later, the same issue occurred; alarm going off and dashboard saying 'battery fault. The engineer came and changed the battery. However our complaint with Minder is that we have had to pay for two call out fees at £50 a time, that's expensive! Based on their engineer notes Minder say the call outs are for two different reasons. Their calls are not recorded and as a customer I have no control on what is typed into their call system. So it is our word against theirs. No offer of a compromise, only that if we don't pay they will pass our account to the debt collectors - so all in all an extremely poor experience.
