Mother to 4 boys, Sophie has 10 years experience in antenatal and postnatal teaching. She is passionate about helping people to have a calm and satisfying birth and parenting experience no matter how or where they choose to give birth. She used Mindfulness and Self Hypnosis to birth 3 out of 4 of her children in Hospital, at home and by C-Section, and absolutely believes that you and your baby can have a good birthing experience with motivation and belief. She ran a successful antenatal and postnatal business in London for 9 years and has since moved to Ramsgate in Thanet where she practices under the name: Birth in Thanet and on Twitter: @thanetbirth

Sophie teaches both group and 1-1 antenatal workshops and antenatal courses in the Thanet area, covering Ramsgate, Margate, Broadstairs, Deal and surrounding areas.

She is a FEDANT recognised antenatal teacher, fully Insured and is qualified in the following related subjects:
