Mindfulness In Motion Description

Tai Chi and Qi Gong group and private classes. Roxani has been practicing Tai Chi more than 15 years, is a physical theatre performer and an Alexander Technique teacher. Combining all her experience, she is recommended by physiotherapists to their patients to help them improve their balance and use of self and recover from old injuries.
Through the practice of combined exercises and through the conscious directions of the Alexander Technique, we learn how to focalize on the perception of the energy flowing in the body, the central vertical axis and the center of the body's weight, while harmonizing the breath with movement. In this way we reconnect with the reality of effortless existence restoring our health and empowering our whole self as a psychophysical unity.
