Life can be a challenge at times.

We all know what it is like to feel pain, sadness and worry. At such times the way in which we respond can impact on our well-being.

Using scientifically proven approaches, this course offers a practical way to develop skills that build resilience by drawing on mindfulness, acceptance and compassion.

Mindfulness helps you become more focused on the present moment
rather than caught up in past experiences or worrying about the future.

Acceptance skills help develop the wisdom to deal with
problematic experiences effectively by letting go of struggles
that increase or maintain suffering.

Compassion helps you to identify unhelpful self-criticism
and develop a new way of relating to yourself.

The purpose of this consultation is to understand your needs and to help you make the most of the programme. Consultations will last 20-30 minutes.
