Mindup Uk

MindUP is an evidence-based social emotional learning programme grounded in neuroscience, mindful awareness and positive psychology. Created to support children's mental health and wellbeing and designed to help build resilience, kindness and compassion.

MindUPUK is working with schools in and around Europe to bring them the essential training needed to better their curriculum and their knowledge on the benefits of positive psychology and mindful awareness. MindUPUK is currently working with schools in Finland and Serbia as part of of Novak Djokovic Foundation. We hope to reach out to schools in Ireland by 2017 and have begun to research and create training programmes for adolescents.
