We take over the searching process for you. We are in touch with agents, websites, auction houses, local press, developers and individuals. We are more likely to discover properties being sold in a discreet manner and sometimes have contacts who have access to properties which are fresh on the market or simply not even promoted on the open market.
We are fast to present our findings. Genuine quality property moves quickly in the West Country and we can help to make sure that you don’t miss the right house for you.
Our in-depth search findings will help to highlight the aspects which an estate agent may prefer that you didn’t know, after all they work in the vendor’s interest. If there is something unexpected in a house or its location, we’ll advise you, if we haven’t already ruled out the property in advance corresponding to your questionnaire.
We have a good working relationship with estate agents. Being completely independent, we have access to the entire market with no conflict of interest – we don’t prioritise or promote any agent’s properties through affiliation. Estate agents take our clients very seriously; the fact that you have engaged us demonstrates a serious intention to buy.
Following the completion of our initial search and presentation of our findings, we’ll then have the information to make a short list of suitable properties with you. When you are ready to make an inspection of these properties, we can arrange the viewings for you, releasing only your name in the first instance. We are happy to accompany you on the viewing.
When a suitable property has been located we take over the negotiation for you, and present a serious formal offer. When a sale has been agreed, we assist with communication to try to ensure the smoothest journey to a completed transaction for your dream home.
