The worst place to live in never go for renting there- they will contract with you for around 6 months and will always threat to kick you out in a month. No long term tenancy agreement. There is no landlord everybody can come to your door step to threat you. They can also use room in your absence and if you will argue they will threat you to kick you out and will start making fun of you in people. There are loads of Rats in the building. As per HMO they must provide a living space to the residence but there is not living space so be aware of this before going to move in this building.
