We visit from time to time as we live local and my son has always loved coming . Food and drinks are reasonably priced and always good seating availability. The staff are always friendly. Thank you!

I definitely recommend all parents to bring their child along for some fun.

My daughter had her 7th birthday party here last week and it was great. The staff did so much to help and make sure the children has a great time. Great customer service right from enquiring and booking, through to the actual party on the day. They really exceeded my expectations I would recommend them to anyone. My Daughter was the very lucky winner of a 10 person pizza making party and gladly celebrated her 4th birthday on Saturday with her friends. I just have to say a big thank you to Harriet and her team, who totally took the stress out of the day and allowed me to enjoy the party with my Daughter rather than hosting and running around , I even had time for a coffee and a chat with my friends ! The kids really enjoyed the Pizza making and loaded their pizzas to the brim with the abundance of fresh vegetables provided and various other toppings , having made there food themselves they then gladly ate it ! A nice healthy entertaining alternative to the big standard party food. The fantastic team of staff at Mini Mayhem kept free flows much needed squash and water going for 10 very hot and tired children that enjoyed playing in the soft play areas and frames before they had their food , and went above and beyond heating baby foods , looking for lost iPhones ( that were found in the car at the end of the day !) and chatting to the parents - I was surprised to hear they were on their second party of the day and expecting another one ! Throughout our stay at mini mayhem I also noticed that the surrounding dining areas were kept immaculately clean and tidy ,and ball pools and frames looked over .

I will be not only booking for next year but highly recommending to everyone considering this type of party! Thank you very much for a memorable 4th birthday celebration. Carly Berry ( Mummy to Ilya-Rose) xx

I would just like to say.

We visited on Friday as My children were on inset day and so they came along to toddler morning with their little sister and we received such a lovely welcome and service throughout they were offered cereal and toast along with their sister and loved playing in the role play area together for hours they came out absolutely buzzing about how much fun they had and how nice the people were.



It was great to see it constantly being tided and cleaned throughout the time we was there and the food was lovely too we had a lovely few hours play .... Bubs and I will be back for toddler morning one day this week I’m sure.

Great friendly place... love it... I see lots of people moaning they have to pay for adults but name me somewhere that doesn’t charge these days...

First time here today and well I am very impressed, toddler morning before 12pmgets us admission from 9.30 until 3pm with only paying for a one hour slot and then my daughter got free breakfast either toast or cereal! Amazing!!!! Staff are lovely and I have to say how clean it also was! Not many soft play areas are clean but this place got a 5star from me today!!!!!

Fantastic place. Highly recommended for all ages. Lovely friendly staff. Clean and plenty of space to run and be free! Good choice of good too. Events are amazing! Character day was amazing. All of the characters couldn't do enough for the children. Climbing on soft play with them (and getting stuck!) lots of photos with children. Definitely worth every penny!

Amazing place, highly recommended with friendly and helpful staff. My children love it here, their is something for all ages. With their new kitchen and shop area it's a hit with the children. While adults can enjoy coffee and the children can enjoy some free toast. �

Absolutely brill place. I was made to feel so relaxed and looked after during times i mentally struggled to get out with pnd and whilst tube feeding my baby son. The owner is a true Gent and always has a laugh!! Couldnt recommend anymore if i tried..x

A good place for my daughter to let off some steam, came for the peppa pig event and my daughter loved it even though she got shy seeing peppa, good clean environment and friendly staff, will deffo be coming to another event.

We visited for the princess event and my little girl really enjoyed seeing the princesses

It was a shame we couldn’t stay to see Anna and Elsa but she enjoyed seeing the rest

I was there for my daughters birthday party, and the staff had set aside a space reserved for us which was great! We got unlimited juice and the kids really enjoyed themselves! My only downside was that I paid extra for the host to be dressed up as Cinderella, she looked vaguely like her but she had just plopped on a blonde wig and a blue princess dress, she looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there and a lot of the adults in my party commented on that fact! She never found out who the birthday girl was an didnt interact with the kids at all, very disappointed with the host, no people skills at all.

Other then that it was a good day and my daughter and her friends really enjoyed themselves!

Visited for the first time Sunday. Staff were friendly and loved the size of the play area. My son is 8 months so only used the under 4's area. He loved it. I did however fine the baby toys were discussing covered in what looked like food and other sticky stuff. It obviously hadn't been cleaned in ages. I was so shocked that we had to pay £1.50 for each adult, I don't understand why adults should be charged. £5 for my 8month old to roll around was a little expensive. Unsure if I will return due to the toys being grimy.

There was a leak in the ceiling in the caddy car area and instead of closing that section off which would have been very easy they had placed a plastic bucket to collect the dirty dripping water on the floor which meant the children then went in and got wet socks from walking on the carpet floor that was soaked! It was very dusty in there too and looked old. My 2 year old had a fun time though but in terms of quality and price I wouldn't go here again. There are cheaper, cleaner places to play.

The setting is nice and handy to have in town when children get fed up of shopping but it angers me that I have to pay £1.90 per adult to sit and watch the children. My 2 are still young so one pair of eyes in this environment is not enough therefor I have to pay £3.80 on top of what it costs for children to play. I would pay for them both to eat and buy drinks and snacks for me but I refuse to do it out of principle. We end up buying all those extras from somewhere else after. Seems the owners are missing out on more because they’re greedy on entrance charge.

Totally wrong you charge for adults. I had to pay £11.20 just to take my 3 yr old and 10 yr old for an hrs play. I would of stayed for 2 hrs if you didnt charge for adults. Its not like i can leave them. I also got a coffee which was expensive. I would have brought more if adults were free. Wacky Warehouse don't charge for adults so why can't you??

Awful place to have a party and wouldn't recommend it. Party games a shambles and not what I paid for, no engagement from the host at all, cold food from Burger King and no private room to use so the kids didn't want to sit and eat they wanted to carry on playing. Waste of money, go to treasure chest!
