MINIMELTS is a unique ice cream prepared from fresh milk, cream and natural flavours. The uniqe texture of individual balls is formed on the basis of patented cryogenic technology with liquid nitrogen at -197'C. This technology does not change the structure of the components of the dessert, and the speed of freezing eliminates the storage of water in the product, preserving it's natural taste.
MINIMELTS does not contain any artifical preservatives or genetically modified ingredients. Fantastic colours are the result of using only natural colourings. MINIMELTS does not contain air bubbles
