**Exciting announcement** The newest diddy Professor has arrived. Weighing a whopping 8lbs 11oz (her big brother was only 6.5lbs!). She's healthy, super cute and settling in well. Professor Ruth is recovering and sleeping at any given opportunity!
Things will be a bit quiet here for little while but we'll start posting again soon :)

Did you know, you can create your own chemical reactions at home with simple household ingredients? Why not try placing a tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda followed by a teaspoon of vinegar in the bottom of a small bottle and see what happens!

Little ones are naturally curious. At Mini Professors we allow them to develop their curiosity in a safe environment where they can learn about the world around them.

Why are my eyes brown? Did you know, genes play a major role in determining eye colour. The genes for determining eye colour have multiple different variations, which are referred to as alleles. The allele for brown eyes is dominant, which means that it will take precedence over a recessive allele such as the allele for blue eyes. This is why brown eyes are more common than blue eyes.

OK..confession time, I've been a mischievous professor! We hear so often in our classes the adults saying they've learnt something too, I thought I'd play a little April Fools joke...although given the amount of enquiries maybe adult classes are actually a viable idea for the future!
