Very professional service. Reasonable price

First the driver was running late, the base called and apologised many times that they were running late.

Driver arrived friendly, talkative he even put a new smelly perfume in the car lol.

We had a lovely conversation and he made me laugh.

Will use this company again, excellent service.

Vary happy with this company. I was late and the driver wait for me more than 20 min and don't rise the rate. Obviously I left a good tips.

I have been using Minicabs.co.uk for nearly 3 weeks now for work journeys (Local 2miles Trips), I absolutely loved them for first two weeks! I have also recommended them to others I know, and in fact this Journey was cheaper than UBER.
This last week I have had a few issues with arrival on time but that may be due to traffic etc, Good thing is I got a text to say it was delayed. They also email you to advise driver dispatched and you get the vehicle details and driver name also track them similar to Uber.

Poor experience. Driver never showed up and the guys at the call center kept passing my call on and putting me on hold. Eventually booked an Uber, cheaper and more reliable.

First time using this cab service and very impressed. Felt very welcomed and service was excellent the driver was really talkative and made it an enjoyable ride. Will definitely use this service again highly recommended for south harrow cabs. I called in to give good feedback about the driver and got told welcome aboard. So lovely. thanks again

I have used this cab company on a couple of occasions for airport transfers and have found their services to be excellent. Drivers are polite and most importantly, on time - especially when you have a fight to catch. Both their pick and drop off services are excellent. I booked both ways on line - and everything was as planned they monitored the flight on my return and the driver was there to pick us up. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
