Minster Cycles Hull

Went in today 6th of nov 18 to look at upgrading my brakes on my new giant only to be told to get them of the internet!! Well while am stood there the bellend walks off and am thinking ok hes gonna show me wot hes got in the shop! Wrong he cracks on with his job in hand in his workshop leavening me stood there like a jerk!! Missed out there on me spending a fair bit of coin.... I'll take my business to north ferriby cycle shop or cliff pratt.

Poorly ran place. Cant even tell between a m5 and m6 bolt. Way overpriced. Lucky to even get one star. Customer service is shocking. Also very overpriced. They are plenty more bike shops locally that are a lot cheaper and have better customer service skills. Also wanted to charge a friend of mine £24 to put some 'FREE AIR' in a rear shock

I'd like to thank the staff who pumped up my grandsons bike tyre. After someone at school had let it down. This was done free of charge. Thanks again 😀

well what can i say , i took my 17 year old mountain bike in in a very poor state .
they worked some magic and now fantastic , nice to see good old service is not dead . many thanks guys
