Having originally trained and worked as a secretary and PA, Jo moved into training in office and communication skills. With her colleague Alex, she trains around 1000 people a year with many of the courses in minute taking (theirs is the only accredited minute-taking courses in the UK). In the current economic climate, an increasing part of their work is in training and support to write a successful CV
