I am a very enthusiastic, friendly, hardworking individual and I have a wide range of experience of working with children in a number of settings. This includes nanny positions, nursery positions and working abroad. This experience has moulded me into a Professional who creates a child focused service that is organised, safe, supportive and importantly, fun.
As an individual I have a strong record and range of skills that have allowed me to build up relationships with the families I work with. I work well and enjoy the challenge of working under pressure, which has been important when working with children with additional needs. This includes working with children with behaviour problems, mental and physical disabilities, children with speech or language barriers and children struggling within foster or social services. It is within these cases that I feel I often make a bigger impact on children’s lives.
