Miss Bake A Cake

I have three wedding cakes going out for the end July. I just "fed" the fruitcakes this morning with brandy as it gives a lovely moist texture and the brandy is not over-powering in the taste. I now have to make the flowers. I will post the pics when they are completed. The pic below is a sponge cake in the making!
