Calling in for breakfast on Saturday was our youngest diner Nancy Thea Nelson at only 3 weeks old ....surrounded by with her super proud mam and friends.

Once met never forgotten... On Saturday we had the pleasure of meeting the fantastic Sadie who took all our staffs hearts from selfies with Kelly.. Brainstorming with our chefs George and Shaun and having her own cocktail created by our manager Victoria... Sadie you are a fantastic little character and we all look forward to your next visit

We were lucky enough to celebrate our daughters birthday there on Friday night, what an amazing time we all had. We sampled the Malbec wine with our meal which was lovely.when we left we were asked to sample the new Shiraz which we did last night. Both were lovely and I'm sure will appeal to most people and will complement any meal. I hope to return soon, thank you Miss Nancy's �

We had a lovely afternoon tea, can’t rate highly enough. Food was gorgeous and the service was amazing. We had a baby and a toddler with us the staff were really helpful and looked after us very well. Thank you we will definitely return to sample some of the amazing cocktails you have to offer.

Wanted to try here for so long and I'm so glad I did, it definitely lived up to the expectations!



Even despite an unforeseen event of the chef having to leave in an emergency, the service was still outstanding and such lovely gestures to appologise were made.

Thanks so much for squeezing me and my gran in today yous were so busy and still found space for us next to a lovely lady who happened to know my grandad who recently passed away and a lot of the same people as my gran ... made her very happy and such friendly staff and the best cake �

Just visited Miss Nancy’s Bistro, had the most delicious traditional breakfast for under £5 it a lovely atmosphere with kind and chatty staff / owners... recommend to anyone and looking forwards to having a romantic evening dinner soon with Henrietta ... a little gem of a bistro

I was told to visit Miss Nancy's Bistro and I'm so pleased we did, what an amazing place. I cannot find a single fault, the cocktails were Devine, the food was stunning and the staff were amazing. We will be going again as it was just perfect!! Thank you to all the staff who were in today glass of prosecco and Happy Birthday light box for my sister was a lovely touch.

I must say I absolutely loved this place. The food was out of this world. The atmosphere was fantastic. It's like you have stepped back in time when you go inside. Really lovely to leave the modern world on the outside and sit in a beautiful place like Miss Nancy's bistro. Will deffo be returning �

I came to Miss Nancy’s last night in a group of 7 and it was a fantastic evening! The food was great as was the entertainment! Georgia our waitress couldn’t do enough for us! Will definitely be back �

I arranged a surprise Birthday meal for my sister with my family. I have to say the service by the two young waitress' was impeccable, we couldn't fault them. It wasn't a special Birthday but it was a sensitive one and the staff did everything we asked of them and more, nothing was a problem, even though they were very busy. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, well done girls. To top it off the food was truly amazing and reasonably priced in lovely surroundings . Don't give this little gem a second thought get yourself there and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed

First visit today and will definitely be back. Lovely little place, doesn't feel like you're in Houghton at all! Staff so friendly and even gave my 1 year old some chocolate so she definitely wants to go back! Breakfast was lovely and presentation was fab!

First time we've been here after hearing lots of good things. Went for a family meal to celebrate my sisters 21st birthday. Was amazing from start to finish. Deserves more then 5 stars. Staff are the best, food delicious, atmosphere great, entertainment first class. Such a personal experience. � x

First time visiting and lord have mercy on my fat soul! The food was amazing! I’ve had burgers from New York and Hollywood and non even comes close to the burger I’ve had tonight! The cocktails where beautiful I nearly inhaled the glass trying to neck them! The staff are really friendly! It’s like a luxury destination restaurant in little owld Houghton!

Favourite place to visit what ever the occasion!! Most recently we had ultimate burger and chicken parmo both were amazing!! We visit on every special event no doubt we will see you soon xx

Came on Saturday for my birthday, had a table booked for 6pm, little bit of a wait for the table as a large party was just leaving but didn’t mind the wait as some of the group were running late and the waitress was polite and offered us a seat in the front of the bistro until our table was ready.

Drinks orders were taken and the cocktail I had was lovely. Waitress offered to put the bills through separately for each person which made paying the bill at the end of the night really easy.

Waitress confirmed our preorder. Food was lovely when it came out and the portions were very generous.

Can’t fault the night at all.

Came here for my daughter's 2nd birthday. The food was amazing. The staff were lovely. Especially the lady with blonde hair and glasses...how she was with my daughter, singing the tigger song and getting down to her level, was a memorable experience. No restaurant is like that, so a big thank you and I will be back, sooner rather than later I hope x

Been for breakfast this morning with my friend and daughter, it was the best breakfast I have had in a long time and very reasonably priced, the atmosphere and staff were lovely will be back again �

Amazing. The tomato & sweet chilli soup is delicious! The miss nancys parmo & garlic chips are fantastic! Can highly recommend. A* service from Georgia & the girl serving drinks (sorry, I didn't catch her name. Blonde hair, glasses) Definitely be back! �
