went with my daughter and granddaughter, second time seeing the show ,another fabulous night ,seng was the engineer and what a performance he gave .a wonderful show .the bristol hippodrome has great disabled access and the staff were very helpful.

User

Well that was absolutely amazing!!!! If you get the chance.... go and see it !! Standing ovation and every seat full and it’s only a Wednesday .... oh and Take a tissue

User

Watched yesterday’s performance and it was totally amazing. Been over 20 years since I’ve seen it and it was better than I remembered. What a fabulous cast & orchestra and the performance of Kim was incredible. Well done everyone!

User

Watched in Bristol tonight...simply amazing,my favourite show by far. Staging fantastic, actors faultless...watched it 15 years ago and this reproduction exceeded my expectations. Congratulations everyone involved.

User

Very powerful , emotional , overwhelming what more can I say . Amazing helicopter scene , everything superb , fabulous singing xx

User

Thanks to cast and Crew for the Show of Tuesday 3rd of April. It was really incredible. Loved it.

User

Simply amazing from the beginning to the end best theatre production I have ever seen.

User

Saw today at Bristol thoroughly enjoyed it. Brilliant music and stunning sets. The cast were pretty special too!! Would definitely see it again!

User

Saw it again in Manchester on Apr 14 with my niece. Excellent performances esp by Engineer (Red Concepcion) and Kim (Joreen Bautista). Joreen's the same age as Kim at 17-18 y/o, so she shows how Kim has evolved throughout the story.

There are 9 Filipinos in this company, if I remember right from the souvenir programme. There'll be 3 new cast members from the Philippines who'd be onstage from Apr 30. They make us Pinoys proud!

User

My third time of watching. The 2018 UK tour has an amaizng set a and is fantastic

User

Miss Saigon was absolutely BRILLIANT!!! This is the first time I have been to see this and it is now in my Top 3 Shows! My favourite is The Phantom of the Opera, then Miss Saigon and 3rd is Les Miserables.

User

Love love love this touring production, everyone is excellent especially

Red Concepcion as the engineer (the best one ever )?!! I've seen it twice in Manchester and think Chris & Kim's relationship has got even better and much more believable.

User

I’ve been in theatre for 50+. Everything from director, designer, lighting and speculation production work at Radio City under an incredible Leon Leninoff creating the most incredible stage production unmatched by any theatre. But when it comes to the number Broadway production and I’ve seen them all. “Miss Saigon” wins hands down. I spent a good part of last year including closing night watching this grand musical. Unfortunately I don’t think traveling aboard or Broadway will be in my plans anymore. I don’t have much time left anymore. But my memories of spending the best year 2017 seeing Miss Saigon will always live in my heart. The best musical in my long lifetime. Keep playing forever!

User

Incredible! The acting, vocals, orchestra all blew me away. I know i’ll be thinking about it for a long time. Well done to all the production team and cast.

User

If I could give this 10 stars I would, a fantastic moving, scary, & humorous in places show! Watched yesterday at the Bristol Hippodrome and thought it was amazing! The Engineer was fab, as were all the other characters- highly recommended

User

I rented the soundtrack on cassette from the library back in 1993, and became besotted, I have upgraded to more modern methods to listen to it now. However I have wanted to see the stage production since then. I was not disappointed, I was engrossed from curtain up, every single cast member was engulfed in their characters, no one dropped their game. The Engineer was fantastically vulgar, immoral but my goodness you fall in love with him. Chris and Kim stunningly tragic, very convincing portrayals, as was Ellens The actual stage production was also flawless. Thank you for living up to and excelling all my expectations.

User

I love this musical so much! (Even though I wasn't able to watch it live since I was too young for this, but I was able to watch the scenes on YouTube) I love the story, the actors, and most especially, the music. Because of this musical, Ms. Lea Salonga ( and other actors of her batch and actors of this generation) became known all over the world and won several awards including the very prestigious Tony Award. And because of this musical, many actors have been given so many opportunities to star and to develop their skills. If I would given the chance to have my audition there, surely, I will. (so I better grow fast. Hahaha) But for now, I will just focus on my studies. To end up this review, I will say my message to the production, Keep up the good work, Miss Saigon!!!!

User

Had the pleasure of seeing it on Broadway back in November 2017. It was truly unforgettable. A must-see!

User

Great scenery, great music and fabulous cast. Cannot find any fault with this brilliant show

User

Good show, stunning set. Prefer Christian Rey Marbella to Red Concepcion as the engineer. His vocals are better in my opinion but the stage presence of red concepcion is amazing. It is worth seeing just for the scenery and orchestration and choreography. I have seen it twice at Bristol and feel that you have to see it more than once to appreciate it. You have to admire Ryan O'Gormans Bui Doi rendition as it is superb with great emotion, you can see the tears in his eyes. Please remember my review is subjective and other people may disagree depending on what you are looking for in the musical. I like a good engineer and that good feeling factor.

User

Fantastic production! Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend!

User

Fabulous show. The actors are brilliant. Especially Christian Rey Marbella (Alternate Engineer) Chris and Kim. Thank you for a wonderful evening

User

Excellent production and cast - moved me from laughter to tears! One of my all time favourites!!

User

Better than I expected. Cast, music, special effects, story, songs all magical. Very poignant story.

User

An Absolutely fantastic production! Faultless, beautiful and we loved every single second. Thank you sooo much for a fantastic evening!!

User

Amazing. Spoiler alert but the whole audience was sniffling at the end

User

User

Absolutely sensational!! Such a powerful performance from all the cast, I had goosebumps the entire way through! Would see it again and again if I could!! 김수하 was absolutely stunning as Kim. Super impressed

User

Absolutely my favourite showing. ‘Kim’ the best I have seen and I’ve seen 13 performances along with the best ‘Engineer’ by far. Excellent and thoroughly recommended to everyone... take tissues as a tear jerker in places

User

Absolutely fabulous show from beginning to end, the acting the singing the everything it made me laugh and cry...cannot recommend this show enough x

User

Absolutely amazing. It was a non stop emotional roller coaster from start to finish. The acting and singer was outstanding as was the scene changes. Can't wait to see it again.

User

A truly amazing show. Never before has a show had such a profound effect on me as Miss Saigon. Just wow

User

watched it on the 28th may & was impressive. i'de fallen in love with the show wen it first opened. bought the orginal london cast double tape years ago & wore it out. the prices of the ice cream was dreadful £4.50

User

Poor diction from several performers and very muddy sound spoilt it for me I’m afraid. Very difficult to follow the story of this show when you cannot understand what people are singing. A big let down!

User

great set, great lighting & Great cast. Worst sound i've ever heard from a musical. The dialogue at time was inaudible which meant missing half of the storyline. then had to sit for 35 minute interval due to technical problems. was hoping that would have been the sound sadly not it was too quiet. people eating there sweets behind me were louder than anything through the pa system
