Private Chef - Katrina Michie

My name is Katrina Michie, I am a private chef and passionate foodie, living and working in London. With 17 years of working in kitchens worldwide I have sought knowledge and gained experience from a great variety of sources. Originally from Scotland, I realised quickly that there was more to life than a battered Mars bar and took off on my travels in search of new cuisines and cultures. Working around the globe, I soaked up foodie culture everywhere I went - from yachts in the Middle East to chalets in Switzerland, villas in the south of France to beaches in India – I stuck my head into every kitchen I could find on the hunt for new ideas.
