We have had a Mission Cycles Piggy back for our son for several years. Only now moved on to the bigger piggy back now he is a teenager. It has given us terrific freedom as a family to get out and about. The piggy back has stood up to the Highlands well and has travelled many forest trails, paths and tracks! Mission cycles service has been excellent! Top guys!

I've a great bike I got from these guys through the cycle to work scheme. I visited to try a few out and this made the selection easier. Most hand cycles are about £3k, and so are a major investment if you just want something for going down to the shops, but mine was less than a Bag of Sand (Grand, £1,000) so I'm happy!

Awful place. Awful service. Shouted at by owner who refused to accept some stabilisers could be faulty, and that I wanted a refund. This was all within 30 days and the law according to my statutory rights. I was also entitled to have my P&P costs refunded. I was told repeatedly to get a trike when they're out of my budget at around £1000. I had to go to the CAB and Which? To get advice. They agreed I was entitled to the full refund and I was reluctantly refunded the amount MINUS P&P costs I had paid for a return courier. Shabby. The wheels were dangerously wobbly and myself and an able-bodied person almost fell off and found them impossible. Never again.

Have been meaning to contact you all week to thank you for the prompt delivery of the piggyback trailer trike.
We have finally taken it out for a test run this morning; despite it being a short ride in the drizzle, our son described it as awesome! A great success and we are all delighted that this trike has enabled him to fulfil his wish to get back to riding a bike again!

Ordered a 24" Piggyback for my 14 year old son as he's out grown his 20" one, as normal simple process of order and payment and got it delivered in time for his school's charity bike ride, As my son would say we can now go Bycling Dad, i would have no problem in recommending Mission Cycles to anyone as they have given my son so much enjoyment, he now feels that he can take part in normal activities, THANK YOU Mission Cycles.

My son is 24 and has Downs Syndrome. He is unable to ride a 2 -wheel bike. He needed an adult trike. We ordered one from Mission Cycles who were very helpful, it came on time all working etc. Unfortunately the bike was too big and had to be changed for a smaller size. Again Mission Cycles arranged it all and were very helpful. Very well packaged and delivery times as stated. Julia Coventry
