Visited on a Wednesday night for a friend's leaving drinks. Had a really lovely time and felt looked after by the staff. Some of the party had food and it was good. Thank you

Jana Kremlova from Czech Republic and I enjoyed afternoon tea at Missoula on Saturday and it was beautifully presented and had a few surprises for Jana. Firstly, the teapot was cold and the teacups had ice cubes and cucumber slices, curiously she poured what she thought was water, after tasting, she quickly realised it was not water - instead Hendricks G&T. She was pleasantly surprised and loved it. Cheers Missoula for providing another amazing experience for my guest.

Honestly not only is it a wicked night out but it's really is a classy establishment.

I spent the whole day and night there this Saturday as I was apart of a big networking event.

The food that was supplied was so good and all staff was so accommodating. We well over stayed are welcome and partied well into the night.

The staff again was consistently helpful and lovely, including the door staff who where so friendly I felt very well looked after. Really good atmosphere!

If you have an event, be it corporate or social I can't recommend this venue enough. Classy, friendly and really good fun.

I always enjoy coming in here and have taken my friends and my mother and her friends and they all loved it too! Would definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys quality cocktails and a nice atmosphere. Great for food in the daytime too. Paul is a cocktail slinging machine, and his drinks are the best I've ever tasted, brilliant! And Sam knows exactly how customers wish to be treated and makes visiting there very pleasant. Thank you Missoula, will be visiting again soon�

Had buffet service following my dads passing with close family and friends, food and service was amazing!! Would highly recommend �

Great place for a quite drink in the day or for a more lively evening, great friendly bar staff, great variation of music to suit all tastes. Highly recommended

Excellent service & lovely meal for a work event! Sebastian even looked after our bags from the spa day after the meal so we could go to a few other bars before coming back to our table later in the evening �.

Was empty on arrival. Most of the children menu was unavailable. A fair amount of the main menu was also unavailable as well as my chosen beer! Small adult portions were offered though. Food was ok, free pudding (for my daughters birthday) Felt sorry for the waitress, who was charming. we wouldn't rush back......

Usually really love this place but this afternoon/evening received bad service from the blonde ponytail waitress upstairs. I was with 3 friends. When we asked for the bill, we waited more than 25 minutes and eventually, we all couldn't wait any longer and had to visit the loo as we had become desperate. The waitress tracked us down to the toilet and with a face like thunder said she thought we had left without paying. I think it's quite obvious if someone intends on not paying, they leave the restaurant, not loiter in the toilets! So we paid and made a joke to your waitress that we had waited so long for the bill we had to use the loo. She responded rudely. We left instead of ordering more cocktails at the bar downstairs, which was our initial intention. Shame some of your staff are so untrusting when in fact she should have provided an apology to us for waiting so long for the bill. On a good note, the barman downstairs (wooly hat today) was very pleasant and friendly. Perhaps the waitress could learn from him.

I've been here several times before and had great food and service. This evening was different. I arrived without a reservation for a table of 3 and was seen to a table straight away. Unfortunately after 10 minutes I asked the passing server if we could get a drinks order and she then returned to take the food and drinks order. We received our starters and I had finished before the drinks arrived some 30minutes later. I took this up with the host who showed us to the table who apologised but nothing else. All in all very disappointing

Booked able for 18.00 for 4 it was empty when we arrived and we were given a small table.The food came out very fast.We had only just finished our starters and the main was in front of us.

We had to ask to hold deserts for 10 mins to give us time to relax.

When we got the bill we saw that the was a 10% service added which I do not recall seeing noted anywhere.

Overall the food was good service ok (if not too fast) would I eat here again yes I would give it another try.

Wow... we booked a table online, only to be told no trainers at the door (unfortunately hadn’t realised the rules had changed), when explaining we had booked a table we were escorted it by what looked like mercenary’s we then were told after our meal we would have to leave straight away! Wow again, I later read its now a VIP venue? more like Very Ignorant Persona... As a local who used to visit this friendly establishment often, I shall not be visiting again i’m afraid...

Wow Missoulas.....what can I say.....After drinking in this bar fir 10 years plus including when it was the Living Room....holding multiple Corporate events and recommending this establishmebt I can honestly say I will never set foot in this olace again.....your bar staff are amazing and thank you all....your door staff however are something else. Having been in your bar yesterday for another Corporate event from 5pm with a tab which must have driven multiple ££££££s across the bar I was disgusted when some of my colleagues were asked to leave because they had laptop bags....surely you would expect this on a Friday....this is also something I raised after a recent Missoula posting about dress code.....when I tried to explain that we hadnt just walked in and were there as part of a Corporate event I was told by one of you "professional" bouncers that I was a CUNT....yes you read that correctly I was a CUNT......nice language for such a VIP venue hey......I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment received from your bouncers last night Friday 20th April.... in all my years I have never been spoken to in such a way and will not be recommending this venue to anyone in the future.......nor for any Corporate events either....such a shame when the bar staff do there best to make you feel relaxed.....I will be putting in a formal complaint also as I want the doormans badge number also I dont appreciatw the way he spoke to me or thexway he spoke and intimated my work colleagues either.

Missoulas you should be thoroughly ashamed of yourself for allowing an individual like this "professional" person represent you and your company. Hold your heads in shame. Shocking and I am still speechless that I was called that.

What I don't understand is why offer coffee on the cocktail and wine menu if you don't want to serve it? A had a very rare night out. Little one was at home poorly with his daddy and I nipped out for my friends birthday drinks. I was driving. So had a small wine then went onto soft drinks. I was exhausted so asked for a coffee and a red bull. My word. You'd think the guy had to go to another town to get the coffee, and pay with his own teeth. How come it's such a big deal to serve me a coffee yet perfectly acceptable to serve drink people who can barely walk, another drink? After all. It's goes against licence to serve those excessively under the influence of alcohol!!!!

This is the 2nd time I have been and on both occasions They have got my food wrong, They cannot cope with large groups even with pre-orders they get it wrong

There was a table of 20 us and the gaps between bringing out The food was anything between 3 to 5 minutes so everyone was Eating at different times

I understand that this could happened with big tables but not as long as five minutes

Pre booked at table for last night. To get there & get told it’s a table upstairs when I didn’t want a table upstairs. When I asked to be seated downstairs was informed by a manager it will cost £200. Then got offered a table downstairs but have to be off it at 11pm because it was booked to which no one came for it we were sitting there all night. Wasn’t impressed with the manager who I spoke to either think he needs more training on customer service. Missoula web site doesn’t state when booking a table where it will be. This was a bad experience & having to pay £200 to sit at a table is ridiculous makes no sense.

My husband and friends came here tonight and were told about the new dress code for this vip venue. After being asked to go home and get changed he was finally allowed in provided he didn’t stay for drinks after he had eaten (wouldn’t want him lowering the tone with all the vips about!!)

The food was shocking, burnt chips, bland ribs and microwaved Mac and cheese and don’t get me started on the jd and honey where the server promised the honey had been added (it comes as a premix!!)

The service was certainly not 5 star and as for the state of the toilets - McDonald’s look after theirs better.

Dress codes also don’t mean that the clientele is upper class.. and by the behaviour of some of them tonight I would say that it certainly the case.

Good luck with your vip venue as I think very soon it may be changing to rip Missoula.

Been in here since 7.30pm, spend over £100 to be told our table is reserve at 7.30pm and we need to move immediately cos our table is apparently reserved (current time 10.55pm)??? Not been asked to move once??? Have been cooperative and said we will finish our drink and go by 11.30pm...still trying to kick us out at 11pm!!! Bad service! Won’t come back �

Awful doorman!!!!!! I was walking outside sober with a glass off water with my friend to book a taxi, he said I could not take my water out so I said ‘ok’ and put it down before waking out. On the way back in the doorman of afrocarribean origin goes ‘ I did not like your attitude, you are not getting back in’. This is just ridiculous behaviour as no attitude was given and as a result 20 guests left and no drinks were bought from them as a result. I will ensure none of my friends or family go to this bar again.
