Mistaken Presence is a 12-month curated project in a 13th century friary, widely regarded as one of the earliest surviving Franciscan friary churches in Europe.

Exploring the history of the Greyfriars building and it’s surrounding province, a programme of five new commissions and a series of film screenings will examine the notion of archives and how time, as well as personal accounts alter historial accuracies.
