Brand new trampoline park opening Feb 2017

Took the kids using a voucher I purchased on Groupon, they loved it but not happy that five panda pops and two coffees cost me a Tenna!

Took my 6month old daughter here yesterday for something to do and she had never been to a soft play before! It was really quite and i was un aware of the refurbishment! We watch the trampolines being put in (which looked fab) the baby area had no one else in it which was a bonus and she loved it! The staff were all lovely all chatting to myself and my daughter as they past and the place is looking fab! Good luck to everyone working and owners i hope the trampolines are a bug hit they look fab! Will definitely be returning!

very disappointed that we arranged with friends to meet up on Sunday as your website states of open until 7 we arrived at 5.30 to be told that you close at 6pm resulting in 3 very disappointed children �

Some great family time took our two young boys and one of their friends, although really busy managed to find a seat. Food was ok and didn't wait that long. Sad to hear the high ropes will soon go after the impending refurbishment as this is ideal for the older child. Not all children like playing football so be interesting to see what replaces this. And if you can move with the times and offer contactless payment without the 50p surcharge that would be great.

Play area great. Seating areas looking dated now and toilets need upgrading.

Food options alway limited in the evening with many choices unavailable.

Staff always friendly.

It's ok but the machines are a nightmare .

They charge money then the grab hand did not work to pick anything up £1.00 lost !

I informed someone he was quite shirty to .

I know they make money but have a fair go at least make the hand work .

Or get rid .

How many parents just give kids money and let the children do machines alone .

We are down from Edinburgh and were looking for a soft play to take the girls, I looked at several on Internet and thought this one would be better as it has high ropes , on arrival we where told the trampolines were off and it was only the soft play, I thought I'd brought us to the wrong place as it didn't look like the picture in gallery, staff told us the ropes had been removed .Cafe was poorly stocked and coffee was awful, Web page needs updated.

The place is too dark... didn't like the place...

Got their 2 orders food straight away after complaing 3 times it finally came at 315 our time ran out half past. Was not even busy neather :(

Wished we'd asked for our money back..b4 sitting down..disgusting paying full price when half of the facilities weren't there..& the place is filthy..sad the ropes r gone as great for older kids..heard the trampolines are going in same room so it will be even more cramped than it already is..I heard it was gonna be next door..no football pitch or gocarts either..we live in Wallsend wished we'd went to round the twist but my son wanted 2 come there for high ropes...spoilt our day�� not be returning..proper shit tipp..needs pulled down..far too cold.cramed & dirty....

If I could give it minus 5 I would. The toilets are an absolute disgrace and clearly a health and safety hazard. I would rather dig a hole in the mud outside and go there. Absolutely disgusting. Considering how busy the place is, you'd think they'd spend a few quid on the toilets. I will definitely NOT be returning. But I have reported this to health and safety.

I come here just about every other weekend and today I don't like the new set up the soft play area is a lot smaller no football pitch as where my boys esp older child liked play footy full time we there that's gone the toddler area is now half the size it was and was upstairs which is a accident waiting to happen as they kept not lock the gate and few little kiddies nearly out and God them stairs are so steep and even staff not shut gate behind them, but not there falt if hands full carry trays, prices also have went up food area, also £8 for trampoline is steep,as not as big as other trampoline parks and my two after paying in wanted do that also so temping for kids £35 I spent it's not a cheap day out at all oh and the high Ropes are gone it's just too much squashed into one area so not be back �

Booked a joint party weeks ago. They took the deposit, we handed out the invites, ordered the cake, then out of nowhere, a letter comes through the door saying the party had been cancelled due to refurbishment. Now, surely you can't be that incompetent that you'd take an order, weeks in advance then set up a refurbishment, without taking into account the money spent on the party and without warning. Then to have the cheek to notify us by letter, without even a phonecall. Abismal customer service.

At least they had the decency to offer a later date, weeks after the actual birthday. Idiots. Don't waste your time.

Arrived at 5.05, travelled 3 times further than my local soft play as you are open until 7, told after i paid that you are closing at 6. Managers discretion apparently!



Ordered food and drinks paid with card charge - this day in age? Really?. Went back for more drinks (£3.40) shortly after and handed them to kids, told minimum spend of £5 for use of a card. Pointed to the sign that said 50p surcharge for card payments. (Annoying as already put all my £1 coins into the racing cars) Apparently they also implement a minimum spend 'that they just do' but no sign to say this



Toilets utter disgrace! Ive seen mud huts with cleaner and more hygienic facilities!



Waste of money, waster of journey! Wont be back! EVER!



Its a shame the star rating didn't do minus numbers, its not even worthy of a 1 star!

Appalling that there is supposedly a minimum spend of £5.00 for use of a card. Also that you charge 50p for the use of that card as well. No signage about the £5.00 so I waited in a queue for 10 mins to get nothing as I had no money on me.

Absolutely disgusting yes I know it's being refurbished, needed to use lift face painter sitting in front of lift .we are here with my 20 month nephew been upstairs to soft play no seats parents standing all over not much floor space, overcrowded. Parents trying to carry hot drinks in a small space accident waiting to happen. So come downstairs again no seats.
