Excellent service again - After selling my Gold here I got my mums old Diamond ring refurbished- to say I am delighted is an understatement- It has come out like new and fits to perfection. I am so so happy that I will be able to wear it after it sitting broken in a box for 14 years 🤗🤗🤗

When visiting Mitchells jewellers yesterday, I was assisted by two lovely, professional ladies, who made me feel very welcome. They were incredibly accommodating, taking their time in helping with my enquiries regarding the durability of opals, and various settings of solitaire rings. I found my visit both inspiring and educational, and I would recommend Mitchells Jewellers to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, friendly jeweller, with a beautiful range of jewellery and traditional customer care.

I bought my first piece from Mitchells on eBay, it was quite expensive and I was slightly apprehensive until I collected it. I was massively impressed with the customer service I received and the knowledge they had and have since returned a number of times and bought more pieces. Mitchells is the only jewellers I would now go to and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone 5*

My partner took my Breitling in to check the battery, the lady who served her didn't put my watch on a cloth just laid it on a glass counter. Wouldn't entertain this place again. Take care when you take a reasonably priced item in there.

Mitch redesigned my wedding band for our anniversary. He listened to what I wanted and created a beautiful new setting with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.

went to this shop after hearing them on the radio. They were absolutely brilliant and I cant thank them enough-
I had an idea for an unusual Lilly engagement ring and visited a few other local jewellers who ALLl told me I could not have what I wanted and that the cost would be £5000 +- This brilliant company not ony made me exactly what I wanted , they did it for half the price of the previous quotes( WITH A BIGGER DIAMOND).
Their customer service ,was second to none and I cant honestly thank the owner Lee enough for her vaste knowledge and expert advise.

I'm so frustrated with Mitchel's Jewellers website and online ordering.

I heard their advert on local radio recently so I thought I'd go online and see what they had to offer. The purpose of a business website is to be simple for anyone to use and to ensure the whole process works.

NOTHING WORKS ON THE WEBSITE SHOP!

It's disjointed. Many of the images don't load when clicked on, navigation is ridiculous and the checkout process is just insanity.

Why are you spending money on advertising while you have one of the worst websites in existence?? Absolutely insanity.

In the end I gave up. I went to another local jeweller instead who had a great website and took payment EASILY. I can promise I'm not the first customer you've lost due to your awful website.
