We hired a private karaoke room for 12 people last month and had a great time for our 2 hour stint. The staff were very welcoming as soon as we entered and gave us a thorough demonstration of how to work the Karaoke machine. There were a wide range of songs available making it a fun night for all our group. Would recommend to anybody and is placed in a great central location in Leeds.

The open mic night on Tuesday is great the guitarist was really good at singing too , very welcoming staff and is really great fun for everyone

Such an epic night !! A lot of choice on the songs too !! X

So glad I found this place. I came in with a couple of my friends, asked for a private room and even though I didn’t book beforehand, the bar staff got back to me for a room for all of my friends and we had a really good time. The main floor had such a good vibe, DJ was playing good music and we all got served so quick at the bar. Will definitely come back next time �

Popped in here with a few mates a couple weeks back. Simple variety of drinks and the atmosphere was amazing! Watched the DJ get a girls confidence up by helping her along with a song that ended with the room cheering by the end �. Good sing along from the crowd the whole time we were in!

Me and a few friends came to the bar for the first time, I must say the staff we're absolutely amazing, there manners and customer service skills are impeccable.



The wide range of songs they have is amazing so something for everyone, very cheap alcohol aswel value for money without a doubt.



I couldn't recommend this place enough we had such a blast and will definitely be returning to make some emence memories.

Management is absolutely amazing!! Staff are amazing!! It’s all just heaven!!

I've been here many times and I love it it's full of just the best people and a great atmosphere and I've felt very welcome by all the staff

Greatest Thursday night memories all happened here. From getting carried off stage by some old stag do when the owner had enough of me singing oasis. To getting chucked out after the owner had enough of us singing oasis. To singing oasis after being at pretty green listening to Liam Gallagher’s secret album listening session. And that one time singing Pony by Ginuwine to a mate because her boyfriend apparent had a big �.

Great place to go with group of friends cheap bar and good music! Can't go wrong had a blast!

First time going to a karaoke bar and it was so fun and professional. Great selection of songs and had one of the best nights ever. Couldn’t recommend enough, great for parties and celebrations! Lovely staff too, everyone was so friendly and helpful! 11/10

First time going to Mix karaoke bar. The service was unfaultable! When we arrived we were shown our room and how to use the machines and within 5mins we were ready to party! The staff were brilliant! The song selection was great! and the service was impeccable! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting an amazing night out in Leeds. Not to mention the value for money!!!

Been here 10 minutes and I already loved the owners to pieces, would recommend this to anyone. He even sang me and my friend a song :D

What an absolute joke I rang her at 930 & again at 1015 to confirm tonight for a room as we had been let down by another venue, was guaranteed by Jerry to bring my 20+ friends down .... get here and ohhh no room unless we pay £250 upfront .... happy for us to spend money well guess what you have lost a lot a business tonight ��

Most awful customer service I’ve ever received. My friend was told to shut up and insulted by the owner. Our room that was booked and confirmed for 8pm was 45mins late and not even an apology. Rude horrid staff. This is the second time I’ve visited now, and never again. A lesson in customer service is needed.

I had booked with a group to visit last night, upon entering we ordered the drinks and waited for our room. After ordering the woman on the bar decided that we were 'unsuitable' to go on with the karaoke as a member of the group was 'too drunk' which was a complete misjudgement. Neither of us were drunk AT ALL as we had not even drank before going to the karaoke and we're planning to drink there. The girl on the bar seemed to have taken a disliking to a member of our group and singled them out for seemingly no reason. She then began to refuse to give us our deposit back, only with us continuing to press this that she gave it back.



I later spoke to,who I believe was, the manager and explained the situation to him, he agreed that the woman on the bar was out of order and that we were not too drunk as she made out.



Very rude and unprofessional staff. Ruined what could have been a good night out with a few friends.



AVOID THIS PLACE!

I had booked a private room for myself and 9 friends through groupon for my birthday. Mix called me the day before to confirm my booking and said it would be from 7pm - 9pm. We arrived just before 7 and waited for at least 10 minutes at the bar before we were served. The woman who served us was very rude and not helpful. She said there must have been miscommunication on our confirmation call as it was only booked for an hour. She wanted my groupon code (even though I had already emailed them it) and I couldn’t log on to my account so she cut our time down to 45 minutes.

When ordering drinks at the bar, the woman poured our drinks and took our money and then walked away leaving our drinks on the back of the bar, when we called her over to ask for our drinks she again was very rude.

Although we had fun while doing the karaoke, we felt the staff weren’t helpful and our time was cut very short. My friends were all singing happy birthday to me towards the end and they turned the music off half way through!

Definitely won’t be returning!
