Open to everyone over the age of 13 - MUMA offers everyone the chance to learn prcatical self defence skills for everyday situations.

Our style isn't about fancy kicks, inch perfect technique or breaking bricks - its about what works for you - your age, shape and capabilities. It's a style built around what you can do.

MUMA will also help your mobility and build muscle tone - classes are £4. 00 per class "pay as you go" with no upfront fees or charges.

MUMA is not for profit and all proceeds are reinvestied into club equipment and facilities.
