Aerial Hammock is a six week course using the hammock in many ways,using the hammock to stretch and open out your body through aerial yoga,followed by learning some awesome poses and tricks and also some swing hammock training. A fun filled course showing the versatility of the apparatus as well as less pressure on the body than other aerial equipment.

I've been going to beginners pole fitness since end of March 17 and I am so impressed with how much my strength has improved, with only 1 hr a week. Such amazing fun, loads of encouragement and lots of giggles. Recommend to anyone. Does wonders for self confidence too. Thanks Nat for being so supportive and a little mad like myself.

Everyone there is looking to gain confidence and get fitter. I went to make friends and I have made friends for life. Everyone is just so welcoming and loving. I started at Mizz Twisted Cherry studio with a one to one pole lesson last August as I had wanted to have a go for a while. I enjoyed it so went to a few classes and then started burlesque, which I love. Last night I performed in the studio's showcase at the Savoy Theatre in Monmouth. I did two burlesque routines, can't believe I did that, first time performing!! Natalie is absolutely amazing as a teacher and has encouraged me to have more confidence in myself. She is such an inspiration to all her Blossoms. The ladies that attend the studios are all so lovely and encouraging too. I have found something I really enjoy and always look forward to my time at the studio.

I started aerial hoop in January this year after a friend suggested I go along. I didn't know what to expect but I was welcomed by Everyone, all the students are friendly and always offer positive advice if I struggle with a move. Natalie is a brilliant teacher and I am now halfway through my 3rd course. Aerial hoop is such fun and I find myself doing things I never thought I would or could! I'm so happy here that I'm taking a group of friends to the studio for my hen party and I can't wait to show them what we do! As everyone says attending the studio with Natalie has given me confidence and it really has I feel great I'm so glad I gave it a try I just wish I'd tried it sooner!! X

I absolutely love this place! I was super nervous going the first time, I needed to boost my confidence so signed up for burlesque and couldn’t believe the difference in me after a few sessions. I have since joined pole fitness and had a dabble at the adult gymnastics which I have enjoyed so much.

All the ladies are so super friendly and you are welcomed by smiley faces on any occasion. Natalie is such a loveable lady too, very professional and genuinely cares that you are getting a good service. Wonderful place xxx
