Handle arrived in a plastic envelope. Opened envelope to discover manufacturer box crushed in transit. The components dented. Packaging clearly inadequate. Requested a refund to be met by reluctance and reference to their terms and conditions which require to sign as damaged. How does one know it is damaged within the packaging? I take it one has to open to check. I do hope they will see sense and make the refund without delay. However, given my expereince with this order, I consider their customer service poor, their reluctance regrettable and I will be taking my custom elsewhere.
