We received an update from the Government yesterday that “Builders merchants should continue to operate, and to provide a key service to their customers, but do this taking account of the guidance provided by Public Health England”.
We have been working out the safest way to support our local communities and our customers who continue to work by providing them with the essential supplies they need over the coming weeks.
We have been following the governments guidelines throu...ghout and from today we will be implementing new ways of working within our branches. We are open for deliveries and pre-booked collections outside of our trade counters/ shops, having implemented a number of changes to how we operate in order to keep our customers and colleagues safe.

Following the announcement by the UK Prime Minister yesterday evening, we have taken the decision to close all of our branches today to walk in customers. For clarity: we have staff in all of our branches, all deliveries will continue and pre-arranged collections are available, please call your local branch for assistance.
