The Roof tiles are now being laid on Ian Glossop's house build in Clowne near Chesterfield. It's starting to come together now and look like a house.
All the Calderdale charcoal roof tiles, 25x50 slate lathe, and breathable felt along with the dry verge system being installed by Ian himself and supplied by ourselves.
We also arranged and provided all the Velux roof windows and flashing systems.

All the blocks and items for the foundations have been delivered to site so far with more to follow.

The 1st load of bricks are on site, the blocks arrived, and the beams for the block and beam floors are on the site too.
Ian has just ordered the concrete for the footings this morning to be pumped in later this week. Busy,Busy!
