It is with a very heavy heart that I am writing this but as we have been following the governments guidelines, tonight’s announcement has taken it out of my hands. I am temporarily closing the Salon doors from today 23rd March 2020. It truly saddens me to have to cancel your future appointments until further notice
My staff and clients are my number one priority right now so I must do what is right and for the best to keep you all safe.
I have amazing clients that are not on...ly part of my family but always give me great support especially within this situation.
Everyone who is booked in within the next few weeks please contact me with your mobile number or email address so I can keep you updated with our situation.
Let’s all pray this is not for long and we can get back to normal.

We are open for business as normal today. Due to current updates may we ask you please come alone to your appointment. We are limiting the amount of people in salon at one time.

Hi everyone just an update from MMBB.
We are still open as normal. (Until government says )
We are following the government guidelines of cleaning our hands, stock , tools. We ask for everyone to wash their hands before seated.
... Please keep supporting us until the end. It will not be long until we are all in complete lock down and for us, our profession is not a essential. We will be forced to close.
If you want to cancel your appointment please still give us advance warning.
If you would like to bring your appointment forward please feel free to contact us and we can try our very best to accommodate.

We understand you are working so we don’t might if you need to take calls during your treatments. We have had a lot of cancellations and trying to manage opening hours to cut the heating and electric cost down.

Update with MMBB

Announcement to all MMBB customers.
You are all aware and are updated with the governments advise, we feel at this time we need to mention our plan of action.
Firstly salon is OPEN as normal until further notice. We may need to limit our open hours, so we ask for your patients if we need to juggling your appointments.
... As a small business we still need clients coming in to keep staff wages and bills paid. Please carry on with your future bookings until otherwise.
With this in mind we are also wanting clients to be aware of theirselves and health. If you are feeling under the weather with anything at all. Coughs, Colds, Sickness, high temperatures. Please stay at home and return when you are feeling better.
As of this we can protect ourselves so we can carry on working but also protect all our clients who are not affected.
In the mean time as a company we with be enforcing a welcome policy. This means everyone who enters the salon for a treatment will be made to wash their hands straight away.
The salon is cleaned duration the day and fully cleaned down at the end of each working day. ALL equipment used is sanitised and some products are disposable after every use. Facial masks maybe provided at managements discretion.
We appreciate your understanding and patients and hope you can follow our temporary policy.
