i require 24 hours notice of a cancellation , failure to give sufficient notice will result in you incurring a 50% charge of the total appt cost to be paid before we can rebook you. exceptions will be made in case of illness and emergency.
failure to attend an appt will also result in a 50% payable before we will rebook you. I reserve the right to refuse an appointment , without explanation should I see fit .
in the event you are unhappy with your hair treatment , you should say so before I leave. amendments will only be made to treatments at the managers discretion.
we do not issue refunds unless at the salon managers discretion , if you are unhappy with your treatments we will en devour to fix whatever it is that you feel isn't to standard, again at the managers discretion.
nail enhancements are guaranteed for a period of one week only ( 7 days) within this period should you experience lifting or loose a nail we will fix this for you free of charge,
we do not offer nail extensions for any clients under the age of 13.
