Lovely, quiet site but it is now starting to look tired in places especially the toilet block.
Wonderfully helpful wardens. Caravan suited location, independent local transport required.

One of our favourite sites. Close to Bigbury beach (5 miles). Not for those who don't like towing down narrow roads.
Great site. Access is thin in places. But take your time. And stop when you have to. There's no rush. I think it's what keeps this site less busy and it's worth the effort of the journey for a less busy site and prices are low. The site is kept well and smooth tarmac takes you to your pitch in most places. Kids play area is great, out of the way so if you want quiet you can avoid those pitches. Really good dog walking field also so dogs can run free relatively locked into the field. Definitely one of our new favorites.

Nice rural caravan site , well kept and clean although the showers etc are rather out of date. Lovely walks nearby. Nice old small town of Modbury has links with civil war. Several pubs...enjoyed Modbury Inn with its excellent fish and chips
Yes I will say the lanes can narrow a bit in places but this not a problem .
The site facilities are perfect with a great toilet block & the dog run is just right for a dog to run .
There is a huge field for ball games next to the dog walk.
We live about 45 mins away & when one of our other favourite club site is full we come here.
Getting into this site is a nightmare, mile after mile of narrow single track lanes , owners ok for club wardens but as usual over zealous. Site ok but not cc standards, showers poor and old, but main thing is getting in is not mentioned is tight to say the least !
