I first went to see Nicki early July for physio following a very painful neck / shoulder injury. After a few sessions and a marked improvement she recommended I attend her shoulder specific rehabilitation class to further work on mobilising and strengthening the area. I am now starting my third successive pilates course with her. The classes are very small so lots of individual attention and correction when needed. Exercises are modified to make easier / harder to suit individuals, and options given if any exercises are difficult or uncomfortable to do. I feel so much better having started these pilates courses; strengthening the areas that need it and working on improving my posture and most importantly preventing further injuries. I would highly recommend Nicki for both physio and pilates. ( Liz Broadley)
