great hotel, basic but everything you need. very very clean, the beds are super comfortable which was very surprising. the staff are brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. great location to the local amenities!! highly recommended

One thing that would have been nice is tea and coffee in the room but other than that it was perfect .

Well as Miss Organiser of our group, I was in charge of finding a hotel in Blackpool to put up 9 girls for one of our girly weekend aways!

Rooms are spotless, beds are bob on even tho we had triple bunks but it made the stay more hilarious. Bedding excellent!!

Can’t fault the staff, really friendly.

The hotel is one of the best ones we have stayed in and for the price, it’s really worth it!!

I really hope you do well !!

Highly recommend, we will definitely be back next year no doubt!!

Warm friendly welcome ... hotel was clean in fact I can even say after many years going to Blackpool it's the nicest cleanest most spacious room I've ever had complete value for money

Very friendly and amazing atmosphere! Had a really good weekend with a group of friends. Had joined rooms. The rooms were immaculate, light, spacious. Comfy beds, and a brand new bathroom. Was made to feel comfortable at the start by the amazing staff. Will be recommending it to friends and family �

The rooms were excellent with en suite bathrooms and sea views, all the staff were very friendly and helpful I would recommend this hotel to anyone I do not think you could find better and we will be returning again very soon but don't just take my word for it check it out yourselves

Stayed at this hotel last night with 3 of the girls for one of their birthdays. I cant complain about anything from the staff being very friendly and helpful to the room we got upgraded to because the 2 gentlemen on reception thought we would be more confortable in it which was spotless beds very comfy and considering there were 4 single beds in it had loads of room .. I Would highly recommend this hotel and ill definetely be back. � thanks guys xx

Love this hotel stayed here a few times with my boyfriend staff were always friendly and polite there was even security to keep an eye on everything which I thought was very good especially as it's a group hotel but I will give it a a 5 star + rating as I found the rooms very clean and the beds extremely comfortable will definitely be going back for more fun

Staff are the best, happy to go above and beyond to help, really friendly and happy to have some bants whilst we were drinking in the bar, which is really cheap Aswell actually!

Only thing I’d recommend would be to make the condom grabber machine prize every time so there’s no chance of blackpool conceived babies & to offer private night calls from the fit barman with the beard! Lol thanks for adding to our great weekend, will definitely be staying with you again xx

Booked for two nights for 17 ladies.

Lovely clean and modern although 9ladies of a certain age attempting to use triple bunk beds was fun to watch but with 11 (3 more from the joining room) sharing one toilet and shower it was a mega task to get ready. Especially when the rooms were red hot.

Very comfortable mattresses on all the beds and good thick bedding.

And good little added extras of usb chargers on the plug sockets and a iron and ironing board next door to the bar.

The two young men running the place where lovely and polite from the 1st phone call until the last sarcastic banter as we left.

Would definitely use again but would ask for the smaller rooms.

Absolutely amazing, rooms are extremely clean the bar is great and very good prices for drink and the staff are great, definitely be booking back in the next time I’m down, also great location �

The accommodation was perfect for a short stay. The staff where friendly and everywhere was really clean and tidy. The only point I have to mention is that despite our radiator being on and hot to touch it didn't warm the room at all and it was very cold during the night our friends staying in another room said theirs was fine.

This hotel is a joke the people who ran it so dam rude never come across such rude members of staff anywhere before. Felt I had stayed in a prison camp .only good thing was clean bedding. Don t stay hear

Clean hotel but staff attitude absolutely disgusting. Tried to charge us £20 for a ‘missing key’ that we had already gave them. Also staff LET THEMSELF IN to one of our rooms in the night whilst the girls were asleep in bed!!!! Accusing them of smoking in the room when 1) they don’t even smoke and 2) they were sleep in bed!!! Shocking and scary!!
