Went with a friend to Mojo last night and was thoroughly impressed. From the polite doormen (a nice change for Harrogate!) to the immediate service at what was still a busy bar, this is the type of establishment the town has been crying out for - a late bar that is not a nightclub.



Great music, and plenty of busy and quiet areas, Mojo catered for whatever you were in the mood for. I will definitely be back! Well done guys.

Rose is the best barmaid I've met. A guy wouldn't leave me and my friend alone. She realised I was in a bad situation with someone at the bar and came over and asked if I was okay. She went to get the bouncer Waz and got them to be removed. What was turning into a bad night has become a really good one!!

I am not not local, but this place is definitely the best place in Harrogate ! Cocktails were sooo awesome, the bartender, Gabby, was so funny and so entertaining. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Will definitely be back, well done guys!��

Amazing bar.

I’m impressed by the venue itself, great layout and design but the cocktail I had was very small for the price, didn’t feel like value for money at all, same with the food too, portions were tiny and mains were served on tiny saucer plates? I went for the chicken box which came in a horrible wooden box which is probably to disguise how tiny the portions are. I have to say though the staff were incredibly friendly and did a sterling job.

Went to Mojo for lunch, the food was very average and small portions served on tiny saucers. I went for the chicken waffle and was expecting more from description on the menu 🖓it was a bit basic and won't be returning in a hurry!

We had pre booked a surprise birthday gathering on tuesday the 19th... On Monday the 18th I supplied Mojo with a very clear excel spread sheet of all the names and orders so there would be no complications. I arrived on Tuesday night at 5.30 to check that all was in hand and that everything was ok with the food orders. I specified that we would like the food to arrive at 7.50-8.00pm, with the idea that we would all be sitting down together to eat. However due to the lack of organisation and communication the following happened:







3 orders arrived at 7.50

A few more arrived cold at 8.15

A burger then arrived with no bun, and one of your team asked if it was ok to serve this to her…

To our shock we then found out that the chef had run out of bread-buns, resulting in one of the team leaving to run out to buy bread-buns, I find this appalling seeing as we had a pre ordered of all of our requirements to you in advance.

The remaining burgers arrived at 8.45, the buns were warm however the contents were cold. The chef had forgotten to heat up the pulled pork and served it cold from the fridge.

The burgers then had to be sent back to be cooked again/reheated

The remaining burgers then arrived finally at 9.10pm. An hour and ten minutes after the food was meant to arrive. However what I find most odd, is that the burgers arrived smothered in hot sauce, to the point two of the guests could hardly manage to eat it.



To top it off, I emailed the Mojo Harrogate manager first thing yesterday morning and the events coordinator and have had no response for why what was planned to be a great evening turned into a shambles.



Very dissapointed

One of the worst burgers I’ve ever had.



4 of us dined in and all were disappointed, asked for a JD & Coke paid for it and then the barmaid went to pour a random whiskey as they didn’t sell Jack Daniels, yet she took payment for one.



Ordered 2 awful burgers



1 awful Chicken box



And a sausage off the Special menu, this one came without half the meal!



Go to Wetherspoons next door and you’ll have a nicer meal with better service for a quarter of the price!
