Head down to MOJO on Monday 24th September as we host another Masterclass, tasting and cocktail competition, but this time with our friends at Southern Comfort! We have the brand ambassador Christian Tirel leading the evening!
We’ll be tasting Southern Comfort Original,100 Proof and Black.
Directly afterwards we will be putting your knowledge to the test with a cocktail competition!
... We throw away a lot of stuff in bars right? Well, here is a chance to showcase ways of how to re-use that squished lime, those used coffee granules or even that 2nd hand toilet paper (the last ones a joke….obvs).
As Marty Wilkes Heron did with Southern Comfort, he found a way of manipulating the sometimes less palatable Whiskey ‘s bobbing its way down the Mississippi to New Orleans and turn it in to everyone’s first “true hangover” juice.
The competition in a nutshell:

Wow!!! We had THE best night here last night! The music was amazing, the staff were full of smiles and chat, the drinks were great! And Elvis threw a hamburger at me too! �

Think this could be my new favourite venue in Nottingham! Thanks guys!!!!

We had a wonderful work meal. The staff were incredibly accommodating both before we arrived and whilst we were there, particularly as we have some fairly strict dietary requirements in the group.



Both the food and the drinks were great. Definitely worth going to if you're looking for a fun night out with a group.

We had a cocktail making session here last Saturday for a birthday celebration and it was the best one I've ever been to! It was well worth the money we paid and I wouldnt hesistate going again.There were 10 of us and it was set up brilliantly ready for when we arrived. We had our own private area and our host, Jordan was worth his weight in gold! He absolutely made sure we had the best time and was so friendly and down to earth, nothing was too much trouble and he joined in our fun and banter which is exactly what you want. Food was amazing and much needed afterwards before we set off on our way. Deffo recommend this place x #ljsdirty30 #nospicegirlsongs #shotsaftershots

The female Bouncer was the most helpful Bouncer ever,Our friends couldn't find the place so she took our phone to give them directions and when they were close by she walked off and went to meet them ,Also Fab Laid back venue...Good music ,Highly recommend it , Our group was varied ages from 20 to 55

Staff were attentive and the food was heavenly. More choice on the menu would be something to consider branching out with. More more more!!! Reasonably priced and comfortable atmosphere. I shall be recommending.

Saff and Hannah made us welcome .i now feel like mojo is finally an environment we can be in our worst behaviour in

Quality bar and amazing staff!



I would like to give a quick shout out to Saffron and Hannah who served us the other night. Lovely girls who were very welcoming, they're definitely a credit to your team!

Me and 8 others did the Mojo cocktail masterclass here for my hen do last night and it was brilliant!! I'd highly recommend for any occasion. Much better value than any other cocktail masterclass in Notts and they break it up with games and lots of shots!!

Just the best cocktail making session I have ever been to! We were a group of 8 on a hen party �� The barman Luka (apologies if spelt wrong) was amazing and entertained us for well over 2 hours ! The cocktails were delicious - well worth the money and would definitely recommend it - hope to visit again ���

If you are considering booking a cocktail masterclass here DO IT!!! The staff were so friendly and really took the time to ensure we all had a great time. The drinks, the food and music was awesome! Ended up staying here all night dancing our asses off on the tables. My new favourite bar in Nottingham!

They did a great job at keeping 13 of us - that got drunk very quickly- under control! Food was lovely too! Well worth the price!! Thanks mojo, you made our hen's night!

First time we’ve been to Mojo’s and wasn’t sure what to expect. We bought a drink and sat down... we didn’t sit down again for 3 hours! We were up and dancing on the tables. The atmosphere was great. Everyone was so friendly and just up for a good night. Will definitely be there the next time we are in Notts.

A brilliant place for drinks and food, the music is great and the staff are really friendly and helpful! Try the parmesan and garlic chicken wings, you can thank me later! I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Cool place, loved the music and the pictures/posted they Had up on the walls. We came for Monday lunch, the only people in the place! Was a bit disappointed that tater tots were cold in the middle so we sent them back and they were piping hot when they returned. Sooooo good!!!

We also had the special platter to share, a huge slab of ribs, 5 crispy wings, pulled pork, fried corn and fries. It was awesome.
