We are very sorry to announce that we have taken the decision to cancel all Jack Fincham’s forthcoming appearances at our venues. Unfortunately Jack has cancelled a very high percentage of visits so far– often at the last minute, and we are therefore not comfortable continuing to sell tickets to our customers when we are not confident the appearance will go ahead.
However, your Jack ticket will of course still be valid for the 25th September and we hope to see you for what promises to be an fantastic night – but we will be contacting all ticket holders via email with information regarding refunds/alternative dates.

Really good place.. atmosphere is great, lots of themed nights. Cheap drinks so that you can buy a few rounds rather than one! Decent music too!

My Maid of Honour organised my hen party and we came here. Jade was amazing, she took all the weight off my Maid, She was helpful, understanding and incredibly kind. I cannot praise this women enough, the table, the decor everything was perfect and she made our night perfect. Incredible value for money for a party of people. We didn't have to que for drinks or entry, the poor bartender was on the run constantly for drinks, but even tho he got alot of crazy drunk girls around him, and with running to the bar he was very professional and friendly. Thank you very much jade :) xxx

I just had my 40th birthday and it was amazing the staff are great the bouncers spot on keep up the good work lol it was an absolute pleasure... And was made very special I would highly recommend moka for any one wanting a special day to feel special thanks guys�����

Couldn't say thank you enough to the bouncers at Moka who helped me an unbelievable amount on Friday night as well as the lovely staff. After having an awful experience which they were all by my side at, they were lovely enough to help me and ensure that I was okay afterwards as well. Horrific how bouncers get such a bad name sometimes but I couldn't fault any of them at all and couldn't say thank you more than I can. It just shows that they are there for a reason and they are there to help!

Best music for a night out! Really cheap drinks and all the staff are helpful and nice. I'd strongly recommend for a night out!

Bar staff very helpful great music and helpful door staff cheap drinks also always there to help when needed. Anything they can't help you with management can and will would recommend this place

Yesterday 21/04/18 i have found iphone inside and pass it for security so if somebody loose it please contact security .

NEVER in all my days of going out have I ever encountered such a bellend of a bouncer! This bloke truly thought he was something special. How I witnessed him treating a lass on her hen night was completely appalling and he absolutely deserves a punch in the face.. not to mention how he spoke to other people! Zero people skills and a complete twat! Other than that dick throwing his weight around, we had a good night in the shack, if ya like cheesy music that is, which we do.

When pretty much all your customers are telling you that your bouncers/security are obnoxious, rude, unprofessional and downright bigots you need to do something. I was thoroughly enjoying my birthday celebrations last night until an encounter with your security, which was beyond abhorrent.

This Friday night my daughter and her friends were racial abused at a University event- superbull. I understand that it is not the establishments fault,but after my daughter and her friend reported one of the many incidents to the security guard, he laughed it off and turned around to start a different conversation with someone else. As a parent it is already worrying to know that your children are in a club, especially in a different city, but to find out that your child had been physically and verbally abused at a university event due to their skin colour is not only disheartening but disgraceful!

From an establishment that has a responsibility to protect all their customers, especially as students, I personally find this extremely unsettling. It is worrying to know that no actions were taken to look after the welfare of my child, nor other children that this may have happened to before and may possibly happen to again in the future if nothing is done about it.

Riddled with homophobia and ignorance throughout. I have never felt comfortable around the 'security' here and now my opinion of the establishments competence is at an all time low. Security are hired with intent to resolve problems, not create them. In fact, security should be there to help protect those of the LGBT community instead of subjecting them to further unnecessary outdated discrimination. Never in my life would I witness a bouncer eject a man and a women for the same actions as two men.

I never complain about this place but after tonight and witnessing bouncers kicking a bloke to the ground outside! I will not be returning especially after the smacked my cousins phone out her hand for no reason. Also one of the staff members is a gobby little witch who needs to stop starting on people. Never will be as good as ritzy & JJs

I have been a regular at this club with my friends for many years and am very angry and upset about how this club is steady going down hill , was there on Saturday night with a hen do we had our own vip area with a bouncer outside only letting in people with vip stamp and me and a friend had money stolen out of our bags which we reported straight away no body seemed bothered even had a very aggressive doorman shouting at me for asking to go back in and ask about this even the manager was no help refusing to look at cctv we were told he would get back to us and we have heard nothing I will not be returning to this place as it's not the first time I have had something stolen will defo be taking this further

I cannot believe the way I was treated. I went out for a smoke, and on the way downstairs I asked a bouncer if I was able to get back in with my stamp on my wrist. He said yes. I went out for a smoke, but decided to go get more cigarettes. When I came back the bouncers wouldn't let me in, I had only had two drinks inside the club and I had explained to them I'd just gone to the off licence for some more cigarettes, nothing else. One of the bouncers said come back in half an hour after "sobering up". But I will not come back to somewhere which has insulted me. Never again.

After experiencing the disgusting behaviour from you bouncers after he singled out and threatened to kick out two of my friends due to their sexuality, calling them "disgusting" I have to say it was sobering. I understand people have opinions but could you please inform your door staff that this mentality needs to be left at home and not brought into work. It's basic professionalism of which there is a distinct lack of at your establishment.
