We visited today with our 8 year old son who is Autistic, and the staff were so helpful. He had his ear defenders on and the young lady who served us asked whether he was autistic and when we answered yes she then asked if there was anything she could do to make him feel more comfortable. We thanked her and said it was ok thank you, and she then offered to turn the music down a little. This made us all feel so welcome and helped us to relax and enjoy our meal. The food was lovely and we enjoyed playing connect 4 whilst we waited for our food. Thank you for a lovely experience we will definitely be back!

This truly is one of my favourite places,lovely, friendly staff, lots of things to do such as board games and books to read. Lots of thoughtful touches like water bowls for dogs, and unlimited fresh, icy cold free water for adults. Had so much fun here, the food is DELICIOUS aswell, the best burger ive had in ages. Feels like you could be in a chic bar in the centre of Manchester, please please go, you wont be dissapointed !

Posecco&Passion fruit martini was so lovely yesterday loved this recipe, Shout out to the guy in blue shirt who made me cocktail yesterday evening and ran out of the restaurant in hurry to give me my handbag as well. Sorry about that but thank you so so much! ( Perfect thought for looking after the customers not only serving )

Only called in for first time for a coffee and snack and I enjoyed it relaxing atmosphere and very nice staff I shall be returning ��

First visit but definitely not the last. My wife & I went for lunch and it was some of the tastiest food we've eaten in a while. Not expensive either. Will be going back as soon as we can.

Every time I've been here the service has been great. Definitely the go to place in Oldham for catching up with my best friend or dining with the family. Floor staff are great, food is tasty, cocktails are great, variety of options and very close to public transport without being situated next to a busy road.

Been 3 times in the last month. Once with large group from work, we booked a table and pre ordered food, the table wasn't ready when we arrived but was quickly organised. Food drinkand service brilliant.

I also had breakfast with my partner which was great, perfect service and food lovely and again I was there yesterday with my 12yr old. She loved it, food was great and service brilliant as always, we arrived at a busy time so food was slow coming out but I prefer to wait and get good quality food.

A little gem, we visited for the first time yesterday morning for breakfast after a recommendation . It didn't disappoint , a chilled atmosphere , customer service spot on , the food was fantastic, and the decor sympathetic to the old town hall . We are already planning our next visit .

A great place to enjoy a nice meal or just a hot drink and relax. Visited a few of these sites up and down the country.Never had an issue with staff or the food. They all appear to work tireless and effortless to give you a good experence. With reference to the lady that booked a table for 30 when you only had a 1hr lunch . Theres a macdonalds around the corner. That caters for fast food.But i guess they wouldnt meet your satisfaction either as it appears your just trying to create a blog regarding food. Rant over.

Having been a customer at Molino Lounge several times since it opened, the venue is lovely... built into the existing old Town Hall with plenty of space to avoid really having to book unless you have a large group of course! The staff are ALWAYS friendly and accommodating and the vegan menu does not fail to provide flavour and variety at a pretty reasonable price.



My 2 small suggestions would be that they consider using a different 'milk alternative to soya (koko / hemp?) and always ensure a dairy free spread is available as it has a good shelf life and is very easy to get hold of locally!



I will definitely continue to be a regular customer and love that they have recently had a few acoustic music evening's with singers / performers.

Food was nice but the chicken was really greasy, has the ultimate chicken burger, with lettuce not a bun , hash brown tasted like they came out of the fryer which if so is fine, just not all the grease that was on it, house slaw was dry. One young chef spent a good 10 minutes walking in and out of the kitchen in his normal Clothes and his hoodie which has the hood up and when your Sat in a Place having food it's just looks really chavvy, finally he went in the disable toilets and got changed into his chefs whites.

Food was nice , some staff compliment the place some didn’t! My experience was, I had a nice time. All the staff where good! But some where better than others! But all in all would I go back?? yes , I would!!

First of all, I’ve got absolutely no issue with the food and I’ve never had a problem before. However today when we came in with a party of 28, the service was ridiculous. When ringing to book the table, we asked if you could accommodate a party of 30 who have an hours lunch break, to which a yes was the reply. On arrival, we were seated absolutely fine and yes it took a while for the lady to sort the bill but she was lovely and really worked her butt off to sort it. When asking the manager how long it would be, we were told 5 mins, 40 minutes later people were still waiting for some of the meals.



Having been told before we came we would be accommodated for and that we had pre-ordered, I’m absolutely shocked and horrified that one of my favourite places that I’ve suggested to nearly 30 of my friends, has given such poor service. On top of the poor service, the managers disregard and confrontational responses to numerous members of the party is disgusting.



I’ve been many many times but the managers attitude has really put me off coming back. He was unprofessional and responded with attitude. Members of the party have had to ask, individually, if they can have a box for their food, to which they were presented with tin foil to take the food out.



I’m angry and disappointed at my time today.

Rang to book table and requested window seat. Arrived at 6pm to no table. We were escorted to sofas which we were expected to eat a meal at. I spoke to a member of staff who mumbled then walked away. We saw a table become free and sat ourselves at it, even though it hadn’t been cleared. I asked a waitress a couple of questions about the menu, however she just said she ‘didn’t know’ and walked away. Had to ask someone to clear our table from previous customers. Queued at the bar 45 minutes to get served. There were 2 people serving, the place was packed and it was cocktail hour. Cocktails were ok at best, and not far from only half filling the glass! The salmon fish cake was nice which was a relief as from arriving at 6pm our food arrived around 7.50pm. Overall, some really poor service, not enough bar staff, and if you can’t honour a booking then at least have the courtesy of letting the customer know. Needless to say there wasn’t much from my experience that would have me running back for more!!

My partner and I visited your restaurant yesterday with our son. We ordered a burger with fries each and my son had to buttermilk chicken. My son enjoyed his food and the chips were good too. However, the burgers had a really strong smell coming from them, were dripping in grease, my meat was and undercooked and they tasted like dog meat. I told a member of staff and sent them back. I thought the meat was off but I was then informed that the meat was fresh in that morning. The staff were great and knocked both meals off the bill. However, for the prices you charge I would expect better quality meat. My son and partner also had one of your special lemonades. They cost £3 each and tasted like soda water. It was a complete waste of our afternoon and we left unhappy and hungry.
