This is my local, and I've been drinking here for thirty years ( yeah back when it was park royal).

With the new refurb it is even better than ever, food and drink are amazing, service is incredible. Paul and the team make you feel really welcome. Don't miss your chance to visit the best establishment around!!!!

I tend to pop in here for lunch on Saturday's with different family members. Always happy with service , the staff are friendly and helpful. Always found the manager excellent too - goes the extra mile to accommodate food preferences.

Definitely a good place to go all ways go there with my mates good music love the banter with the bar staff and all ways on the dance floor can't wait to go again

We often pop in here rattan than McDonald's or the like as we get better food and usually works out cheaper. It's 2 4 1 so you don't expect it to be top quality restaurant food but sometimes it can be a little over microwaved ! We tend to go for dishes that don't require this and it's usually around £13-14 for two meals with a pint each so all in all not bad. Staff are usually friendly. Looking forward to the refurb as it so desperately needs it

We've been in the past & the food used to be good. However today was the worst food & worst service I've ever received! After waiting 50 minutes to be served, (Which we had been informed of, however I don't know why as it was nearly empty), my club sandwich arrived. Two or three lumps of chicken, one slice of bacon, salad & three dry pieces of bread! Returning it to the bar seemed to make replacing it an impossible task. To cut a long story short, a boy named Ryan, after sending two bar staff ahead of him, claimed to be in charge. He told me he was removing all of our food for being rude & not refunding us anything. He removed unfinished food without our permission! So far only refunded for my meal, will be contacting the brewery & Grace Church directly! I've literally had money stolen! We didn't receive the goods! Do not even consider eating here!

Staff are quite friendly I have to say but the food is now absolutely terrible we thought last time is might be a one off but no we're here again now and the food is awful. I wouldn't recommend it anymore to be honest

Myself my husband and 2 children came here over Christmas for dinner. When we was ordering food we were told you never had everythin on the menu. We were fine about that as u had most of what we wanted. We sat down for dinner and we didn’t wait to long for my children’s dinners to be bought out, but then waited roughly 5 minutes for my husbands. My daughter then asked for some sauce which u had ran out of so she struggled to eat her chicken as it was very dry. The waitress said she was goin to get the salt and vinegar but after 2 or 3 minutes of waiting for this I had to go looking for her to find her leaning up the bar chatting away to the man behind the bar with the bottles in her hands. Walking back to the table I noticed my dinner still hadn’t come out. The waitress went and bought it me out and what a disappointment that was it looked like a child’s meal and mine and my husband chicken was burnt and we needed a chainsaw to get through it. Absolutely disgusting and to top it off the manager said he was goin to sort it out and we have heard nothin other than an email of our receipt which we replied back tellin them that that was our order nothin more has come from it..... will 100% not be stepping foot in there again and will tell friends and family the same.

Very poor visit only popped in for a quick drink at this rate will take longer to get served than to actually drink it. I work with food so know how long food should take. Soon as i complained they soon brought it out even the people who came in after us were getting served before us. Very dissapointed.
