Momentous

We had a fantastic night on Saturday at the North Walsham Community Centre. We played all the classics from the 80’s, 90’s and 00’s to an awesome crowd of 300 people that did not stop dancing all night! We would like to thank Phil Swash and Swash Nosh Catering and Events for booking us and organising such a great night for an even better cause - Community Sports Foundation #buildthenest campaign. Early calculations show they have raised a massive £1393! Well done everyone 😀.

Another Busy weekend of parties for us! Saturday we were at Bawdeswell Village Hall for Noah’s 5th birthday. So many of his friends and family came out to help celebrate his party with us! We had a great time and left with a massive smile on our face! Then Sunday we hosted a joint 5th birthday party for Oliver and Ruben at Sculthorpe Village hall. So many people ask us how we do what we do for 2 hours? Seeing the laughing and smiling faces like we did on Sunday makes everything worth it! We do ❤️ our jobs!!

We are looking forward to Being part of this again. Last year was amazing and we raised a massive amount of money! We can’t wait!!!

We have been so busy lately that we have had no time to post anything! This weekend has been the same! Saturday we hosted Jamie’s 5th bday at Lyng Village Hall, Norfolk. A dinosaur themed party where we had a very enthusiastic bunch of 4 and 5 year olds that were brilliant! Today we went across west Norfolk to Stanley's in Swaffham for Mia’s 6th birthday! Once again an amazing bunch of children, who make our job so much fun! Along with our valentine school disco we have done, we have been very busy. Saturday night was party night!! As we helped Aston celebrate his 11th birthday at Mattishall Memorial Hall. All of his friends and family were there as we played music and games tailored and requested by the birthday boy himself. An amazing night was had by all and the boys edging the girls in the battle of the sexes!

After a weekend of Illness for Tom, we had to call in the cavalry this weekend. Saturday night we had special guest DJ Mark help Chris at Christina Foster special Frostenbury event at Wendling Village hall! What a fantastic night, the venue looked great, loads of dancing and fun had by all!! Then Today, we called in Danielle to help for Lydias 5th birthday party at Swaffham Community Centre. All her friends and family were there to join in with the games and dancing! What a great way to start 2020!

Another busy weekend for us at Momentous HQ. Last week we had the privilege to host a children’s party for all the staff at Morrisons in Dereham. Games, dances and even a visit from the big man himself ensured all the children had a great time! Then this weekend we hosted a Children’s Christmas party for all the children of 1st Academy of Dance. 50+ girls and boys from ages 3 to 13+ were amazing. They were even impressed with my dancing 😂😂. Next week we are at The Fox At Lyng on the 22nd and Tuddenham Lodge 'Griddle & Grill' on Xmas eve for their Xmas partys! You need to ring up for tickets but they Are FREE!!! Come along for 4 hours of games, dances and disco!!

The Xmas parties season is in full swing and last night we had the pleasure of DJing for 40+ lovely wives/girlfriends of soldiers at Robertson Barracks, Norfolk. It was a Hollywood themed night so loads of their fav singalong movie songs during dinner then we cracked open the cheese vault for the party at the end! Cracking night with an awesome bunch of ladies! May be a few sore heads this morning though😊💃🏻🍾🍷🍸🍹

So it’s December the 1st, first chocolate of the month on advent, the Buble Has been let out of his cave to sing your favourite Xmas songs, the decorations go up and we start out very very busy Xmas period of gigs! Yesterday we started with Archies 6th birthday at Dunham village hall. We had a BLAST!! 2 hours flew by and we could have gone on longer! The children and adults were amazing! Thanks to Archies family for inviting us!

Any quizzers our there? Tom is hosting his monthly quiz The Running Horse in Fakenham at 8pm tonight. Extra chance though tonight to win loads of prizes courtesy of Carlsberg!!

Once again our FB has decided to not post our last few posts of the last month!😔😤😤. We have been part of so many parties in the last month, loads of Halloween costumes, fun games, crazy dances that I am really sorry that you all haven’t been able to see. Last weekend we had 2 parties to help celebrate the 8th birthdays of Chloe and Tegan. Both parties were amazing, great to see so many old faces that have been to our parties before and so many new ones we hope to see again soon. Tom then hosted a charity quiz night at the The Running Horse for the children at Friends of Sculthorpe CEVA Primary School. A huge £357 was raised, so thanks to everyone for turning up and helping us raise an amazing amount of money!!

This gentleman joined us behind the decks last night as we help celebrate the marriage of the new Mr & Mrs Lawrence at Northrepps Cottage Country Hotel. What an amazing night everyone had, the venue looked fab, the amazing Porky's HOT Rockin had the guests warmed up for us, so we had a full dance floor till the end! Congratulations Jason and Jo, we wish you both all the love and happiness in your new married life together🥰👰🤵

Last night we provided the quiz for this Charity Event. It was a fantastic night and we raised a huge amount of money for a fantastic little school.

For all you Music lovers❤️❤️. We will be doing a charity Music Quiz at the The Running Horse tonight all in aid of Colkirk Primary School. It’s £2 a person to enter and you can have any amount of people in your team. Come on down and show your support for a local school!!

Saturday we were at Colkirk Village Hall to host Jasmin’s 5 birthday party and it was awesome!!! She started off a little shy but soon grew in confidence and was at the front showing all her friends how to Cha Cha Slide! We saw a few familiar faces and as always plenty of smiles when they everyone left!!

Weekend off so we thought we would head to the cricket. 😀
