Mom'S Fabulous Foods Description
Mom's is the UK's leading gourmet Hot Dog company specialising in the development of high quality Hot Dogs. Each of the two factories offers different smoking techniques, using either hot or cold smoking process or a combination, which allows us to give you the very best in smoked meat. All of our Hot Dogs are made to Mom's special recipes, they come in a range of flavours, textures and sizes.
We use only fresh, fine quality meat.
Compared to regular UK Hot Dogs you will find an immediate difference.
Most of Mom's Hot Dogs have been made in a natural case - we never use synthetic skins. (Synthetic skins are tougher and not so easy to chew / digest). Natural skins give a nice clean "pop" when you bite them.
Mom's Hot Dogs have the lowest salt in their class. Our seasonings and natural slow smoking processes over kiln dried woods adds a deep rich flavour.
Mom's are never soft and mushy, they are firm and meaty and give an all round superior eating experience.
