Monday Memory Group At The Henhayes Community Centre

We all enjoyed a relaxing morning after the Christmas festivities playing various games and jigsaws. Nice to be back.

We would like to wish everybody a very merry Christmas who follow our special group of people at our memory group. Thankyou for your support during 2018.

We were all very excited to receive a visit from Santa during our Christmas party. We all were given gifts to take home. also enjoyed playing pass the parcel. Ate mince pies and Christmas biscuits washed down with Bucks Fizz. Merry Christmas.

It's Christmas.

The Bishopwood hand bell ringers entertained us today, playing Christmas carols, which we all enjoyed.

We all had a fun packed morning, starting off with coffee and a catchup. Followed by creating our sun catchers to take home. We all enjoyed a fun filled game of Boccia ending with a physio session stretching those arms with our parachute and ball games. We all were then ready for a delicious lunch of cottage pie and dessert. Phew a full session.

It was eyes down look in today for a game of bingo. We had several tense moments down to several having one number left. We all enjoyed many games, receiving small gifts for the winners.

We were all thrilled to see John and Mike this week. They always make us laugh and we had an enjoyable sing along and dancing session. Also shaking our flashing percussion instruments to the beat of the music.

We all became competitive today playing games enjoyed by all. Jigsaws were also a favorite, but the problem was we didn't want to break them up once done!!!!!

Welcome back to Aires and Graces. Thankyou for entertaining us. We all enjoyed a morning of music and song.

We all loved being entertained by our little visitors from the jigsaw nursery today. We also managed to glitter paint our clay art objects we made with glitter paint.

We all enjoyed getting messy for a change today creating objet D'art with wet clay. Can't wait for them to air dry and then we can paint and varnish them, with added sparkle. can't wait.

Thankyou VIkki for entertaining us today, we all enjoyed your singing and your dress was a big hit with the group.

We were all entertained by The Broadwinsor Jammers today and enjoyed a good singalong and a dance. We also played percussion instruments that lit up. Followed by a delicious lunch . Xxx

Well it was the launch of our new Karaoke machine. It worked well-----we didn't. We all had a good laugh and enjoyed our first attempt. Agreed we need to get more appropriate music. 50s and 60s for our next session. Completed the day with a competitive game of Boccia and a tasty lunch enjoyed by all.

We were all thrilled to share Caroline's and Graham's 35th anniversary today. congratulations to you both.

We all had a great day playing all the games. We were all very busy.
