Monkey Madness and Laser Madness will be closing at 2.00pm today. We will re-open at 3,00pm for our Disney Dreams event. Please note that this event is fully booked and we will only be able to allow entry to those customers who have pre-bought tickets

OPENING HOURS THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER We will be open throughout the 6 weeks holidays, however due to the heatwave that we are experiencing at the moment, should Monkey Madness and Laser Madness be exceptionally quiet or we have exclusive hire events booked, we will be closing the Centre earlier than advertised. On extremely hot days, please call us first to check the opening times to avoid any disappointment - thank you for your understanding

Come along to our fabulous summer event 'Disney Dreams'. Friday 3rd August 3pm-7pm. Child tickets £10 per person. With lots of fun, games and activities planned for children aged 0-12years. Children aged 0-5 can explore our 'Little Mermaid's under the sea sensory play' while the older children can take on Darth Vader in his laser mission! Visit Alice and the Mad Hatter for their utterly mad tea party, with biscuit decorating. Drink some magic potion and shrink down to fit t...hrough the tunnel to wonderland! The Genie will be in the cave of wonders with painting and crafts for children of all ages. Elsa and Anna will be your game hosts for the evening with special character appearances from Mickey and Minnie Mouse! Our kitchen will be serving a Magically Mickey Menu for one day only. Linda from party pets will be showing off her animals with snakes like Kaa from Jungle book! And as a finale the staff will be putting on a dance to Let it Go!

We held my sons 3rd birthday 18/11 and our guests were very complimentary. We’ve been a handful of times before and even held my elder sons birthday party there 3 years ago. Only disappointing thing was when food was served in the party room there was no ambient music. The kids eating in silence was a bit naff. All in all a great place for a party. Great host too.

We had our son’s 5th Birthday party here at the weekend .. a late party so we could have exclusive hire of the venue. He and all his friends ( and parents ! ) had a really great time. The staff were all excellent and so incredibly helpful. The venue is very well run and well maintained. We would not hesitate to use again for parties and also highly recommend ! We had a party for my son’s 4th birthday here last weekend and everyone had a fantastic time! The lady that hosted the party was brilliant and made sure that we had anything we needed and took care of everything for us! The other staff were all friendly and great too. We requested vegetarian platters and there was plenty of food and drink for everyone. We had around 25 children varying in age from 9 Months all the way to 9 and there was something for all to enjoy! It was so worth having the party in the evening after the venue had closed as we got the place to ourselves and the kids got the full enjoyment of the play frames with their friends and family. The adults also got to relax knowing that the children were safe. Cannot recommend enough!

We had a family get together today for my sons birthdays, we have used this venue for the last 3yrs. My eldest has autisum and doesn't like the formality of a party so the staff reserved us a few tables and allowed us to bring our cake and balloons which they both loved, the staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful would recommend to anyone with children. Prices are very reasonable and affordable.

My son had his birthday party at monkey madness and it was amazing from start to finish.

The Staff were so lovely especially our party host Georgia. All of the children had a lovely time and parents commented on how lovely it was.

Love coming here with my two sons one who has special needs and we come with his carer! We always come when it is first open On the times we have been it has been quite and nice and my son copes very well here! Both my chidren always have a fab time! Staff are very friendly ... :)

Just had the best laser tag party at monkey madness! Jack the host was fab and made it extra fun! Recommended to all, fab value

I take my little girl now nearly 10 months the little bit for the under 3s is one of the best around

I had my daughters 3rd birthday here yesterday (4/11/17) and I couldn't say a bad thing about it. The young lady who hosted the party was absolutely brilliant. The food was brilliant. The party itself was just fantastic. So thank you to the girl who hosted it I can't thank you enough. And thank you to the manager who replied to every email I sent. You have amazing staff! So thank you to all of the staff at monkey madness for making my daughters 3rd birthday one to remember! 100% recommend! Thank you all again!

Had my daughters 2yr old birthday party here the staff and food was amazing and the staff were great with the kids ? I've never seen my daughter smile so much and had so many mums texting me the next day how great the party was and how the kids had so much fun ����� so thank u so so so much for making Freya's party so magical xxxxxx

Had an after hours private party for my son's here. My son's and theirs friends loved it. The staff were brilliant and friendly. My oldest and his friends did laser tag and my youngest played in monkey madness. They both had a brilliant time and their friends loved the disco at the end:)

Great place.... food is a reasonable price and very nice. My girls and everyone had a great afternoon �

Was very disappointed when got there that food had stopped at 4.15. Is that usual?!!!



Also knives, metal ones are at children's reach and obviously parents responsibility for children but is it OK for them to be able to reach and just go off with them in the play area?!!



The toilets are also very badly kept. Out of five I think one had. Loo paper and obviously no cleaning or observations made throughout the day!!!!!!

I don't mind to pay a few bucks to have a better food, even though it is just for kids. Just a sausage in a roll is very basic. Maybe adding some veggies, fries will be good.

The play area is nice though.

Food was rubbish, tables were full of rubbish and dirty and there was no toilet roll in the ladies toilets.

Kids on the till just mucking about instead of attending to the Hingis that need doing !!

Wanted to charge £4 joining fee and then charged for adults to just sit in there ...it cost £15 for just over 1.hour and 3o minutes of play and foods awful chips under cooked and beans was stuck to plate ... I'll stick to party man in future

This is an email I sent after a long winded dispute with Dee the GM, after what I can only say was a horrid experience, that I payed a substantial amount of money for a birthday party last year.

Thank you for your email.



I actually made the complaint on the day of his party. It really was quite disappointing, when you take into account the price point, and what we actually got. It would have been better to advise us to pay for each child individually, as they were all 2 and under and ordered hot food. The food supplied that day was very bad, I was actually mortified when it was served and the room added nothing special whatsoever as it was badly kept, with stuff stored in the room, like chairs, and badly decorated.

The host was made aware of how I felt. The kids practically ate in silence, until I asked for music and the cd that was put in kept jumping. Rowan Keating if my memory serves me well.

I already know about the changes that have been made since, but that really isn't much help since he had his day before the changes were in place.



I think what I'm trying to say is that I feel that we were actually robbed. It was a total waste of money, and we would have saved money if we had in fact just paid for each child individually to play and eat as normal customers. 1 table we were allocated with 1 jug of juice!



If you are a mum, and this had happened to you, and your child, what would you expect?



I wish now I had followed this up sooner, but in my defence, I had just had a baby the month before and I was still in recovery, from quite a troublesome birth of my daughter.



I only came to realise that I actually had not heard anything, since it's his birthday soon and I've been making arrangements around that.



Arranging his party at monkey madness isn't an option as I've already made other plans, and my daughter will only be 1 years old next month and we're having a family day out for her.

The response I got was short and shrift, seeing as they have already banked my hard earned cash, I would not recommend MM for any kind of function, the cold food was awful, and in short so is the customer service. It would of actually been cheaper to pay the entrance for each child and for hot food!!
