Wow what a different visit from 18 months ago! Great re vamp! I’ve never managed to stay so long in a soft play ...... 3 1/2hours with a 5 & 3 year old. The food was great and the staff were amazing ...... made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble ..... even when my son had an accident they tried to find him some spare clothes! Thank you all so much x

What an amazing difference. I came here nearly two years ago and didn't come back as toys were broken and place was run down and staff were miserable. What a magnificent improvement. Well done everyone. Clean, friendly, nice equipment and fantastic food. Will be regulars from now on!!!

We had a party for our son back in November and he absolutely loved it and so did we! The children all had loads of time to play and then it was upstairs for food (and very tasty it was too) nothing was too much trouble.

We always enjoy visiting Fantastico's, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the play areas and bathrooms are always clean and the food is always beautiful.

The lady's working at Fantastico were brilliant and so helpful. The play area was clean and lots of fun for the 6 girls I took there this afternoon aged 6-7 years old.

The food is great and even beter is there play and meal deal for the children! The girls loved the range of icecreams and I even had an icecream myself. The only improvement would be a childrens choice of chips with no skins as 3 children were not keen on them.

Omg we had a mini party yesterday for our sons 2nd birthday he absolutely loved it everyone had a great time we had our own little area in the corner of the place lovely food and I can't thank Liz and scott and all the staff enough the highlight of the party was when chase and Marshall came out my son's face was a picture it was priceless he was beaming from ear to ear, thanks again guys x

My son absolutely loves playing here. The food is top notch and the hot chocolates are my all time fave! The staff are very friendly and welcoming, we will continue to play here :)

I took my daughter to the autism and s.e.n session today, I couldn't have asked for anything better! The staff were absolutely lovely, very understanding of the children's needs and made us feel very welcome. My daughter needed a bit of quiet time so a member of staff showed us upto the room upstairs, she was lovely and brilliant with my daughter who had fallen in love with the paintings on the walls and a soft teddy she had found. The lady allowed us to stay up there for as long as my daughter needed. I usually struggle to get my daughter to leave the house but she has loved this session so much that she cannot wait to come back next week! She has asked me to write on here and say that she said "everyone is nice there and the chocolate cake is delicious!" Lol!! Thanks for such a lovely session...we cannot wait to come back xxx

Had my little boys 5th birthday party today, it was fantastic and made the end to he's birthday very special with hes little friends and family. All the children had lots of fun, they really enjoyed marshall and chase form paw patrol and there dance moves. The food was brilliant too, scott. Lizzy. Deb. Tom and martin thank you all for every you did xxx

The most amazing time , had an area reserved which we decorated how we wanted , kids had so much fun playing an al had a lovely meal each , everyone was so so kind and the best service nothing was to much trouble , a huge thank you to jo aswel a great member of the fantasticos team you were amazing today big thanks to you from cooking the food to pouring drinks for the kids an even putting sauce on there plates ! Highly reccomend for parties

Had Grandsons 4th birthday party, we hired the whole place out and had a fantastic time, Chase and Marshall from Paw Patrol made an appearance much to the delight of the children and the birthday boy. The staff worked so hard and are a credit to the company hats off to Scott, Tom, Michelle and the other lady who's name I've forgotten. A great time was had by all

Fantastic food, my 6 year old even said how nice it was.Brilliant to have a lovely warm place to play & have gravy & fresh beautifully cooked vegetables on the menu, ( roast dinners too) friendly happy staff & importantly nice coffee too..xx

Been here a few times whilst staying with my grandaughter in kidderminster. My grandaughter loves it the people who work there are lovely from reception to kitchen staff , my grandaughter had the £6.95 meal deal which included entrance fee & a chicken nugget , chips & salad meal deal of which she ate it all , after she had a bubblegum flavour Ice cream which she enjoyed very much at an extra cost but well worth it , me & my daughter had a hot choc each very nice will always visit this place while in kidderminster highly recommended and very clean .

Absolutely Brilliant! We found this place by accident, we stopped to get a tyre replaced at a local garage. We thought we would be sitting around for an entire morning with 3 kids but turned out to be an amazing and exciting morning. The place is brilliant for little ones. The hospitality from the staff was exceptional. They catered for everyone. So helpful.

We even stopped for lunch. It came as part of a package deal. Food looked and tasted amazing. I've never seen salad look so appealing. Seriously good.

Martin at the desk was lovely, and was quite understanding that I had to keep coming and going to sort out the car.

And after a very expensive weekend the one cheap activity is the one the kids keep talking about. Thanks
