How important is toning to you???
As stylists we can never predict the exact colour your hair will go during a service, sadly we are not magicians 🎩 (though could you imagine the magic that could happen if we were!!!)
We can only do what we can do, are main priority during a service is keeping your hair in tact !! The condition of your hair is NUMBER 1 !!!!
... We can’t stress how important a toner is during a colour service! Yes there may be a small additional fee, but in Hindsight there’s additional work, in this photo below we were able to achieve our GOAL COLOUR by using the correct toner, without compromising our clients hair!
“Many years ago” before I was experienced in colour, I would look at that colour and think... Christ we need another go of bleach... NOOOOOOOO we don’t !! We need toners! THATS IT !!!! It’s so simple and will completely transform your locks ✨

best hair extensions ever, amazing value for money, i've tried a few places but nowhere beats Monroe, they last so long and are always, without fail put in so perfectly!! now i've found Monroe i will never go anywhere else, i would highly recommend if anyone is interested in getting hair extensions!!

Went in for a full head of highlights, cut & Blowdry .. I’ve got home & feel like a new woman ! The time & effort these ladies spend on making sure that your happy with your hair is incredible! Found my new hair salon , wouldn’t go anywhere else now !

Visited Monroe for the first time yesterday. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel totally at ease having never dyed my hair and having 13 inches cut off. First time I’ve walked out of a salon and loved my hair! Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

Iv been going to Monroe hair and beauty for a while now. All the staff a professional kind and caring and cater to all needs. I go there feeling rough tired and come out after having my hair done with energy and feeling great. I took my daughter there yesterday for her first hair cut Lisa was fantastic with Ella!! I recommend monroe to everyone !

I went to another salon and got extensions fitted, but they didn’t match. I thought I lost all hope in being able to fix them to make my hair nice again. I popped in to Monroe for some advice on my hair and booked further appointments with them to get my hair sorted. Today, I’ve come out and my hair looks absolutely amazing. I couldn’t thank the girls enough. Especially Jade for her amazing balayage and Lisa for fitting my extensions. I feel confident again. I highly recommend this salon to anyone. Such a welcoming salon and atmosphere.

You will be amazed by the results and hard work these ladies put in!

I asked a friend for recommendations to get my eyelashes done and she recommended kayleigh. She was so professional I was invited to the salon to have a patch test done and consultation etc. Everyone was so friendly and helpful I also decided to get my hair done with Lisa who did the patch test for that on the same day to save me coming in again! I cannot say how happy and extremely satisfied I am with both kayleigh and Lisa, their work is amazing and I'm over the moon and love my new hair and lashes! Will be recommending to all my friends!! Thank you so much girls!! Xxx
