Wow - an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. The exemplary service from Mark & his team helped solve a unique removal gig whereby I was orchestrating a local Hull-based move, remotely, from the USA. Communication via email was swift & fluid, the quote was very, very reasonable, the removal was done on time and with zero-hassle.

Mark and his team provided a superb service from beginning to end. We moved from Hull to Leicestershire last summer. They packed everything we hadn't already packed, loaded 2 vans and completed the move in one day, including a piano and a very heavy futon bed. All this on an unbelievably hot day. The team ended up lying on the front lawn of our new house and somehow maintained a great sense of humour throughout, never complaining once. Totally straightforward and honest, great value, I recommend them 100%! Look no further. Apologies for delay in writing this!

I wish there were more stars to rate Monstermove UK. We have used this company twice now. The first time we thought they were great so we went back to them. The second time was last week. Mark Bell is a fantastic, genuine person. He goes above and beyond what you would expect from a removal company. Nothing is too much for him. The service itself is fantastic. They take great care with everything they move. So often you get people who do things just because it is their job. This is not the case with Mark Bell. He genuinely cares about the work he does and his customers. He has a fantastic personality that very quickly you feel like you have known him forever. This time he had a new guy with him. He was also great. So friendly, caring and professional. I really cannot say enough about them. Please if you want a removal do not hesitate to use Monstermove.
