Easy interchange, plenty of free information and accessibility, ticket machines, on-site staff, perfect!

I've spent many hours of my life here waiting for delayed trains. Platform 1 is too busy and full of grumpy business people waiting to get home. Platform 2 is for the drunk Mackems to drag their heels back home after losing to Newcastle. Platform 3 you never know when your misery will be over as the next train display boards never work. And as for platform 4, it just stinks of piss. 11/10 would metro again

Is a lovely station but they only one lift they need to make more lifts so you don't need to wait forever to get down to the platforms if you a disabled or a person with a pram
