One word fobbed off.. didn't even look up my part description told me to go to another shop.. I drove 30 miles to another shop where I bought a part and fitted it in 5 minutes.. seems like they're all standing around doing nothing.. not the customer service I expect.. the other shop was really helpful polite and went the extra mile.. I shall definitely be avoiding Moonglu Ripon. waist of time.. why would you not understand bikes in a bike shop.. really was a simple job and standard part .. was spoken to as though I was stupid didn't even consult his computer just snapped no before asking any probing questions. Really unhelpful full of himself.. shall definitely not recomend

love these guys. very helpful, fixed by bike late in the afternoon (last Tuesday) when I was in a real fix. if you need bike help in Ripon, go to these guys

WOW !! THANK YOU ... You saved me today I turned up having worked out mid ride that my bike was broken and was greeted with a YES sure we can look at right now and even had the part and fixed it ... I now have no excuse not to take on The Tour De France Du Dales route tomorrow .... GREAT SERVICE , GREAT STOCK .... Again THANK YOU
